nah i was told. the 125 is to get to me that number; don't need to get $1,000 comp dollars in a year.

I sat down at flop poker and bet $10 a spot hit a few nice hands mini royal, flush, etc. Upping my bets up to $100 a spot at times was there maybe 2-3 hrs made about $100 in comps. Walked away +1800.
so like 35$/hr in comps from betting $100/hand in a game with 5.5% house edge? maybe 30 bets an hour? kinda sick risk of ruin.

hotel room offers, earn comp dollars faster, discounts on food and beverages, bunch of other stuff.

the poker black card is different from the other casino cards at foxwoods though. wonder which one they swap you for. to get the poker black card at foxwoods you need to play 75 days and 500hrs within a 12 month period. not having to grind those hours would be awesome...foxwoods is also probably my second favorite place to play on the east coast and it's a really good location for me.

But do you get any bonus at Foxwoods for upgrading your card right away like Borgata offers $100 in comps and a free hotel if you never had a Borgata card and have a CET or Taj top tier cards.

That doesn't run very often, though, right? Like only during tournament series?

Hi All. Coming from SC to PA for business. I'd like to play at Borgata on Sunday into Sunday night late. How will the games be for 2/5 on a normal Sunday?

There will be lots of 2-5, maybe 11 to 16 games running. Get the bravo app. You'll see.

There will not be 11-16 games Sunday night, that is when a lot of people go back home to go to work on Monday night. More like 6-8.

If you get there at like 11pm, you will find like 5 tables and then 1 or 2 tables of 2 5 will go the whole night, so you'll be fine.

newbie here how is everyone. So I like to head down about 3 times a year from NYC and play 1-2, maybe 2-5. Would 6 hours on one day get me a free room next time for weekdays? Also how are the poker chips now? Are they easier to shuffle than back in 2007.

yes, that should be enough to get a free weekday room

no, the chips are the same... not good for shuffling but don't get as dirty either.

Sundays (days/nights) are one of the slowest days of the week. There are barely 11 tables of 2/5 on Fridays/Saturdays, let alone Sunday. 5-6 is a fairly accurate number, IMO.

does anyone know of there is a way to reserve a comped room for someone else? I know normally I have to be there to check them in, but it's a friend's anniversary and I wanted to treat them to a comped weekend at Water Club but can't drive down to check them in..

The reason they give you the rooms, is because you are expected to play there. The room offer is not a "gift" to be given to someone else. I don't see anyway that works out. Maybe if you were a big time whale, but I don't see how they'd allow it.
