Turns out that this is correct

I am guessing that I don't have a host, since I don't know of one. I'm poker only which probably plays a role.

Well Mabel is the poker host, but last time she didn't even help me, I have heard other people get lucky, but if you just call the hotel they will be no help, you would have to try to get to a host, everybody has a host even if you do not know, now getting in touch with a host I am not sure how you do that and if they will be able to help.

Resorts may be making a comeback. They've brightened things up on their interior, laid new carpet, etc. and have a really good beach bar. They may have renovated their rooms as well. Certainly getting to be on par with the aging Trump Plaza.

I wouldn't take any female that I was trying to impress anywhere near the Plaza. Even if the rooms are decent, the casino floor is like a morgue, with a very depressing clientele. Revel, Borg, Golden Nugget, Caesars, all infinitely better options. Tropicana's rooms are not great but a lot to do inside there.

Looks like Bally's is making a comeback, what the heck is up with that, they have 7 games running now, Borgata 13. I guess it has to do with Caesars closing their poker run but come on, Bally's is a huge dump, all their restaurants are always closed.

Did they open that new room in the Wild West yet or is this the old room at Ballys?

LOL, nice cherry pick.

Did the wild west combo room open? That was a wise choice by CET. To be honest I think they'd do well to close showboat and combine all 3, but at least that keeps patrons at both casinos on CET property.

trying to earn 125 comp dollars so i can get black card. this will sound dumb as i already get friday sand saturdays comped but i mostly just want the black card for amphora. i love that place. are there are any other benefits for having one?

what's best way to do it in short amount of time? would sitting at 10/25 with 3-4k and shottaking a session work? i have a friend who got offered a black card immediately after sitting down at dime and a quarter. i have a lot of play at 5/T NLHE. i don't really play in the pit but i know basic strategy for BJ and pretty close to optimal for jacks or better (it's for b-bar...i'm not that degen...and i just realized how degen that justification is). how much would i have to wager in either of those games for comp dollar return? i've never gotten slot dollar offers despite some pretty long drinking + video poker sessions at b-bar. haven't ever played a slot machine outside the bar though.

the one pit game i do like is pai-gow but i feel like i'd have to wager pretty massive amount play all day to even get 40 comp dollars and i'm not sure my liver can handle that much pai-gow to get the 125 comp dollars.

also if you get a black card, do any AC casinos do reciprocal upgrades? what about foxwoods? that is east coast casino that gets the second most amount of play for me.

I sat down at flop poker and bet $10 a spot hit a few nice hands mini royal, flush, etc. Upping my bets up to $100 a spot at times was there maybe 2-3 hrs made about $100 in comps. Walked away +1800.

Ask at the poker room what it would take for them to give you a blackcard. You might be pleasantly surprised.
