I just figured i would ask cuz my birthday is may 9 th and im not gonna be at the borgata until may 10th and you know that i only have a year to earn black card and my year ends on may 9th. My card number is #002832055, TY.
As long as you have 1,000 points from the last 12 months (i.e. rolling), you can keep/get Borgata Black. Even if you're a little short, the back podium can usually help you out. So your month off should not be a factor unless you played all 500 hours in April 2010.

Also, I'm not sure, but the card expiration is probably the end of the month. Not your birthday or any anniversary date.

Can someone help me with info on the following?

Are the 10/20, 20/40 and 40/80 games raked or do the players pay for time? How much do they rake or charge for time?

Do they have a poker rate for weekend stay, if I play 30-40 hours 20/40?

Thanks.

Did you forget to clock out when you finished playing?

Those are time games. 10/20 is $5 per half, 20/40 is $7 per half, and I'm not sure about 40/80.

Email Stan (His email is all through this thread), and he'll probably be able to take care of you.

40/80 is $8/half

The only way I can see you not having it is you didn't clock out. Pretty sure as soon as you clock out it's instantly added.

I think that sounds about right. Either switch to $1/$2 or make a $500 cap. Unfortunately I don't think we will ever have the players to spread the game anyway.

yea it's sucks. I think someone found a way to exploit the system that's why it's like that.

Not all casinos make you do that.

There is no way they know how long you play if you don't clock out.

Very soon they will be changing to a new system where the dealer checks you in when you get there and out when you leave, so you won't have to remember. The machines are already installed in many of the tables.

It's like a real job. If you're an hourly employee, you clock in and, if you want to get paid for your time, you clock out.

Well when you not know and lose hours then knowing ahead of time would help when most rooms don't make you sign out.

I have played at the Taj for several years and you also have to clock out there. No idea how you got credit without clocking out. Most places without the new Bravo system do make you clock out. Only a few do not, like the Tropicana where they come around and scan your card every hour.

I have played at Taj for over 10 years, you have to clock out at the tall podium in the middle of the room near the cage, I have not been back since last summer, maybe that changed?

I haven't been to the Borg to check, but I checked online and I don't see my extra $50 comp dollars from playing 30 hours in Apr. Is it just me?

TIA

You have to play in the first two weeks of May to activate them.

nope... same rule. You'd think with the self service sign up kiosk yiou could swipe out there too (by yourself).

Ah, ok. Last time I saw them listed in my "offers" ahead of time, though they weren't in my comp balance until I came to the Borg. I don't see them in my "offers" currently, which I thought was weird.
