Yeah!

Because little boys and girls need babysitters to make sure that they swipe out, when they leave, to get comps.

Is it really difficult for some people to remember to have someone at the front of the poker room swipe them out when they leave?

Also: I just say this not to be critical, but to encourage everyone to remember to swipe out when you leave.

Huh? I was there a week and a half ago and they could not. They installed a new system in all of the tables since then??

well it is not difficult, but sometimes you can forget and yeah its not too hard to drop a check in the mail but why not use electronic payments? technology advances lets use it

chillrob I just heard this from a friend I havent been there but he said they just got them in

on another note I want to say Stan is very accommodating and has helped me with all my issues without even having to call the borgata. if thats not the best customer service ever I dont know what is!

Borgata is getting in the Bravo system soon to check people in/out right at the table, I heard some of the tables had it installed already, but not sure if they are in use yet.

I think the main reason is not that people were forgetting to log out but alot of the low limit grinders would come clock for 20 hours a day while they go play somewhere else.

As you cn see the borgota is a pretty big room so its hard for the floor manager to keep track of who and when someone clocks out.

It's people like those that have caused Borgata to change their system. Casinos usually rollover in the early morning, so cards have to be swiped out and swiped in. Borgata has at times randomly reswiped cards at other times to prevent abuse of their system.

Do you have to request them or what? I thought I played 30 hours in April easily, yet I was there May 1 and didn't see an extra $50.

Yea it's pretty apparent people abuse the swipe in/out system and with the dealer swipe it'll be better for those that forget/just don't know (I think many of us never clocked out our first time playing, I know I didn't) and cut down on abuse.

For the 250k guaranteed tournament on May 15-18, will there be a poker room rate? I'm planning my schedule for May, and this would definitely help me decide. Thanks!

About how long should $100 last on a penny slot machine (assume you're playing several rows, so lets say 25 cents per spin)?

The Bravo 'GO Live" date looks to be May 23rd. This will end the "I forgot to clock out" situation.

25 a spin is pretty low, most are like 40ish lines so if you bet 1x .40 a spin. could last you an hour or 2. you are better off with videopoker if you can learn the basic strategy

The $50 comp dollars were down loaded yesterday afternoon. You may now come in and activate them.

Thanks. I'm asking for a friend of mine, who is coming for the weekend but only with $100. I'm trying to figure out where her money can last the longest. Also, she doesn't play poker.

If by longest you mean time, the answer might actually be roulette. If you can find a $5 table full of people, and she only plays $5 on the outside bets, it would last a very long time.

Good idea. That sounds like it would be more fun for her anyway.

So Stan what's your early take on post Black Friday traffic? You think there's been a significant increase or maybe just a little bit? Obviously it's early, but considering most US players have got their money back from stars at least, I would think we might have a pretty decent indication by now.

key word "IF". depending on what day you are there, finding a 5$ table on the weekend at the borgata? pretty sure this doesnt exist except for that 1 BJ table that always runs for 5$ but is always packed

I really love table games but to play craps with a proper bankroll in AC requires thousands. In vegas you can find 1-3$ tables all over and play for a long time with a few hundred. My main gripe with AC =(

Hey Stan,

Sent you a PM. Gone now but plan on being back regularly for 10-14 day stints playing 5-10, wondering about room comps.

Thanks,
