Coming down w/ nutshot tonight. Went to check my comp balance because I came last week for a bit too for first time in months...had $0 balance when I started...earned some comps and now I look and have $0 balance again...I go to the comp dollar statement and it shows my comp dollar balance starting the month with what I assume is a negative number in parentheses...I'm shown as having the comps I earned last week in the adjustments section and my closing balance for the month is now still in parentheses just less what I earned last week. WTF!?

See you guys tomorrow night. After a lot of underground NYC and PA poker, it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time in AC this summer.

My friend and I went to Borgata last night. Overall it was a good trip. My buddy played 5-10, and I played the 1-2, 2-5, 1-2PLO. The games were very good but the floor staff was not at their best. There were several minor things and some really ugly situation which broke the game i was waiting for all day. I was pretty upset, but I guess there's no justice in poker.
As we came to the poker room we saw that there was 3-5PLO list of interest on the board but noone could give us an explanation what was the difference between 2-5PLO and 3-5PLO. One floor said that there's no capped buy-ins in both games because they were LIMIT games. Later on the 1-2PLO tables finally started. There was a situation where a reg angle-shot this recreational player(RP) and the dealer didn't anything but shrug. Later on this happened. The same two players were involved in the pot. It was limped 6 ways, Flop:Q62cc, then the reg bets (12) and RP check-raises to 61, reg pots back and RP announces all-in(280, everything happens very fast) the reg slides two stacks of reds across the line and flips over his cards(middle set) and RP turns over his cards(top sets and nut flush draw), dealer runs the rest of the board and then the reg says that he never called.WTF? The floor called, the dealer and both players explained what had happened then the floor said it's not a call and walked away. There was a lot of yelling and screaming so half of the table got up disgusted with the floor's decision and the game broke. Another player, RP and I walked over to talk to the floor, and I mentioned the forward motion and 2stacks of reds across the line. The floor responded that it was players( the ones not in the hand ) responsibility to tell the story even if nobody asked them. For RP it wasn't about the money it was principle thing but I guess I will never see him playing at the Borgata.

I get the impression that the situation was not explained as well, to the floor, as it was here, or that the floor just gave the pot to the Borgata regular and walked away.

If I had been at the table, in the hand or not, I would have escalated the situation up the line to Stan if he had been there. If the details that you explained are accurate, that's a bad outcome, obviously.
