Yeah...I'll figure something out. I feel like there is a strong possibility of future dates, and there will be drinks...but I'm not going super hard on dates with girls I'm just getting to know. That's just foolishness. But, I know I can mellow out on the sauce. I just have to want to do it...

This seems counter productive.

I started t25 a year and a half ago, which is daily short workouts.

There's no time to drink ever since I exercise late.

Then it was just a habit to not drink after I moved to a different routine. I doubt I'll ever go back. I was not a big drinker to begin with so the drop was easy.

Incremental improvement though.

Well sorry, nobody wins any money. I didn't get under 200 unfortunately but I'm definitely going to. I think I'm going to reduce my calories from 2380 per day down to maybe 2200 and see how that goes, and just keep this thing going...without freerolling anyone now. I'm not quitting logging, and I'm not quitting exercise. I'm not quitting posting on here...not much is really going to stop. So, that's all good. Again, thanks for your continued support, losing 35 lbs has been a good ride so far, and I look forward to riding on.

No, squat is not near all time high...bench, quite possibly. But I have never maxed out...Perhaps now is the time.

So, I want to be under 200...but sub-190 or hitting 180 would be juicy, so let's **** with that...but I'll be honest kids..I'm wasted. And...this has taken way too much time and effort to write, which is a source of personal sadness. As is that 5500 cal...which, I really hope now is an over estimation.
