Yeah...I'll figure something out. I feel like there is a strong possibility of future dates, and there will be drinks...but I'm not going super hard on dates with girls I'm just getting to know. That's just foolishness. But, I know I can mellow out on the sauce. I just have to want to do it...
This seems counter productive.
I started t25 a year and a half ago, which is daily short workouts.
There's no time to drink ever since I exercise late.
Then it was just a habit to not drink after I moved to a different routine. I doubt I'll ever go back. I was not a big drinker to begin with so the drop was easy.
Incremental improvement though.
