Ok, I did vomit, but not a ton. I wonder how many calories that erases. Has to be some. Doesn't it? Not that I'm trying to play Bulimia. I did not intentionally vomit, the foolhardy way I chose to live my life demanded it...I'd rather play Stratego, or NHL '97 on Genesis...but here we are.
I'm using myfitnesspal. I just won't hold myself accountable for what I eat without counting calories.
The diet is just to stay around 1800 cals. It's actually pretty easy if I just keep the carbs lowish. Protein and fiber. Meat and beans. Salads with low cal dressings.
I've been quite sedentary lately. I'll also be gymming and walking around.
I actually just got a vivosmart hr. It counts steps and gives warnings when the user hasn't moved in awhile. I'll give updates in my log about all of this stuff.
December 1, 2015- 237 lbs
January 1, 2016- 229.5 lbs
February 1, 2016- 228 lbs
-1.5 from last month. It was not a good month in so many ways, but did manage to drop a little. I'd like to be down more this month. Need more exercise and less over days.
