First time ever complaining about dealers, but tourney dealers tonight are terribad.. 3 or 4 hands per level is unacceptable...

WHAT! You must be joking! They must be rentals, I can do better than that, and I have fat stubs for fingers!

Is there any chance of getting a comped buffet if you play x amount of hours at 1/2 in a day?

That really is unacceptable. You should have complained to the TD and asked for a refund.

any that were playable? 20 min. levels? Usually an orbit and a half, two and a half if everyone is getting crappy hands and the table is short. Sound right to you?

Holy jumping, this is the slowest i've ever seen the borgata. High limit room is void of limit at 8pm.

I've had this happen a couple of times now at their Spring/Winter/Summer Series tourneys.

Since they need dealers to fill the games, you get people who have never dealt before and some are really slow. It is sort of the luck of the draw because if you are in a situation where you have a guy dealing only a few hands per level, you can be behind the eight ball right away.

The good thing is, they usually switch dealers before it happens too long - although it looks like in your case they either didn't or they had multiple slow dealers.

So during event#20 we had a dealer at our table that mucked an aipf hand and my hand as well..
I know its our job as a player to protect our hands but how can we protect it when the dealer reaches and mucks ur hand???
BTW I had AA utg put in a raise next thing I know I have no cards!!!! Boy was I heated

Where u also their when me and that whooper guy got into it ,he raised in the cutoff and I repopped him like 20bbs all in and he called me a little **** lol
Cause few hands before I moved all in on some one and showed like 54 or some ****
I had AKs that hand and knew I was well ahead of his range

You don't have to be an ass about it or even ask for the refund, but if the players don't tell the floors and TDs about this kind of thing, how can they fix it if they don't even know it's a problem? Doing things in person >>>> posting about them in this thread

I know that in the Winter Series this past year our entire table talked to management about it. They are well aware, but told us it is the nature of the beast when ramping up for the large events.
