I should be down and in the room by 7pm (hopefully a little earlier), would be great if the game is already running.

Wondering about the state of limit holdem at Borgata...

How often does the 40-80 go? Does 80-160 or bigger ever go?

Gotta Question for Stan or whoever else may know this.. I have read that in order to be upgraded to Black Label playing only poker, you need to earn 1,000 comp dollars in one year. I just recently turned 21 and I do not think I will have enough time in this calendar year to be able to earn 1,000 comp dollars (August-December). However in one years time (August 2010 - August 2011), I certainly will be able to earn 1,000 comp dollars. So just say I earn 700 comp dollars from now until December, and then 300 more from January til March, will that qualify me for an upgrade to Black Label, or will I have to get all 1,000 comps in one calendar year for the upgrade.

Thanks in advance to any responses.

Boc the 80 rarely goes. Although some where trying to get it going
last night. The 40 goes on the weekends. But it's hit or miss on the
weekdays

I find the 40 game is always two people away from running. Or maybe it's just people trying to coax me into the game so I can lose more quickly

Why dont we start at 3pm?

I will start the list when I get up in the morning but if we can get people to commit to like 3ish might be able to get it started. I am willing to play shorthanded 4 or more would work for me.

I'll try to get there a little earlier, but it's not looking too good to get there before 5 at the earliest, traffic has been bad, really hoping this goes off, I want to play something other than just LHE this weekend.

Actually it's not 1000 hours, it's 1000 points. So if you play 2/5 which is 2 points per hour, it is 500 hours to get your black card.

What are the quickest ways to get points outside of poker?

No, I think slots is the quickest way. Also the quickest way to lose your money.....

i mean yeah im sure some pit games are faster than others, and slots is likely it, my point was just that poker is the slowest so it was a funny way to phrase the question

if they live game report site is accurate, the games look rather dead. 40 tables on a friday seems pretty low. I hope it is just temporary.

I don't think that's been working properly for awhile. Maybe we can get a real live game report??
