I'l be here tomorrow.

Really? Wow - that's a great rate.

So I immedately logged on to My Borgata Rewards on the web site to verify this, and under my offers, it lists "My Borgata Room Offer" which has Fridays in January listed as $169 - $189 and Saturdays at $299 or $399 on MLK Jr. weekend.

Has the offer not been updated on the web site? Or maybe I don't qualify for the low room rate since I only visit once every 2 months or so?

I gotta talk to my poker buddies and see which weekend they are available.

The correct offers still are not showing up on the website. I just checked with the My Borgata Rewards desk this morning and they said I had two comp nights Sun-Thursday plus additional poker rate nights, but the only thing showing online is the same sort of offer you mention, with mostly pricier rates shows on a calendar.

Stan, is anyone still working to get this fixed?

Like someone else mentioned, it seems the customer service in the general casino is crappy lately. Last night and this morning I tried to check my offers on the big TV screen kiosk by the My Borgata Rewards desk and it wasn't working properly. I told the lady at the desk and she said it hadn't been working for a week! A week this thing is broken and they can't even put up an "Out Of Order" sign or something? Just imagine how many people walked away frustrated from that machine in the last week.

I have the same thing, the online offer does not show comped rooms, but if I call its fine.

We are trying to fix it. I have posted several times on this thread to call customer care to get their offers for now.

If that figure it right, then isn't the jackpot worth only about 10 (actually, 8) cents per hand in equity? That's about an extra $3 per hour. Is that really worth altering your gameplay to chase it?

At a ten-handed table, your jackpot equity should on average be 10 cents, right (assuming all hands are raked for the BBJ)? It would be less than that when the jackpot was below average, and more than that when the jackpot was above average. And I suppose slightly more in a very loose game/slightly less in a tight game.

I was frustrated as well at that machine this weekend. Then I went to a human behind the desk and asked him about my offers and I don't think he understood what I was talking about, so I just gave up. Even in the poker room I wasn't happy with the level of service I received by some employees. It seems not many floor people are interested in checking me out, for instance.

They prefer that you check out at the front desk.

I am talking about the My Rewards desk, not the hotel check-in desk.

i believe this comment is referring to the poker room. unless i catch a floor person at a terminal, i never ask them to check me out, they have many other things to do, so i go to front desk after cashing out, it's much faster too!

When I leave the room at 5:00 AM, most of the time there is no one at the front desk or the high-limit front desk. There usually is not a brush at that hour. And if floor people don't want to be bothered, they should setup a kiosk where I could do it myself. I understand checking in floor people should do, but why can't they setup a computer where all I have to do is scan my card and it checks me out of whatever game I was logged into?

thats really unusual. unfortunately, i've left at that hour on more than one occasion and i have never not seen at least one floor person at the high limit desk. weird.

you probably should show up more than once a year.

The comp dollars should expire after six months. However, comp dollars from poker have been known to mistakenly expire much sooner than that. I have had this happen, and gotten them restored by visiting the My Rewards Center.

Brag: I just called 866 MY BORGATA

Got the mailer yesterday. I just spoke to a lovely gal (who's husband is dealing the tourney btw) and got Wed & Thu comp and Fri for the same number of cheeseburgers as Harrah's so it looks like I will NOT have to go outside for four days after all!!

Cancelled Harrah's.

I'm a happy person....going to my happy place.

Tx Stan
