Was anyone playing 10/20 limit yesterday? I was the guy wearing a black Wake Forest T shirt. Ran really cold at night when the action got SICK good for a few hours, but that doesn't matter. What I really want to know is if anyone else can confirm for me if I was playing at the STINKIEST table EVER. I think literally possibly the stinkiest ever for me. At least 3 different guys kept farting constantly to the point where I couldn't tell if it was just BO or actual farts. I actually considered a seat change because of it (but none opened up).

But to actually answer your question, they did get a pink chip Stud H/L going for at least a few hours on Saturday.

PS....the ladies were not happy about it. Quite a few fights broke out about it during the day. Security even interjected once.

I have offers for a poker rate room and a free room any time until the end of October, but they are only Sun-Thurs, anyone know if I can get some kind of discount for a Friday night (taking the train down from NYC for a night)?

Is there any way I could get the poker room rate without having played there before? I plan on playing a bunch of 5/10nl.......thanks for the help guys

Is the pink chip HE just temporarily dead because of the Borgata Open? It didn't seem to run at all the last few days. I'm wondering if it's usually more consistent.

However the pink chip O8 gave me some huge swings. Played on Saturday from 1 pm till about 7, and went from a $400 buy-in to about $100. Totally card-dead. Took a long dinner break to clear my head, came back and sat from 9 pm till sometime after 1 am, and ran $200 up to almost $900. What a roller coaster ride!

The 20/40 games were just ridiculously good this weekend. I think there were 4 tables going at one point on Saturday, and some good action to be had.

On a side note... Thanks again for your help this weekend, Stan. I hope to be back in another week or two!

I used the exact expression "roller coast ride" to describe my session on Saturday at the pink chip O8 too! At which table did you play? The one nearer or further from main entrance? I was playing at the one further all during that time. We actually got shorter-handed than the nearer table, but eventually the nearer table broke and fed our game.

I agree with the swings, although I find one can keep a much steadier stack size in O8 during a downswing just by the fact that it's a split pot game and hand-selection is usually tighter.

I myself bought in for a rack, went up a little for a while, eventually went down a buy-in and had to play cash on the table while playing full-ring. Nothing really good happened until very late, after the other table had broken, and it was like 3-5 handed.

Then I went on a huge run especially against one huge fish that was from the other table. Made it all back and then some, cashing out about a rack profit.

The side action in mid stakes limit games lastweekend were insane! If i lived closer to AC I would be at the borgata every day playing these. 10/20 had 7 limpers every pot with almost all going to river and then folding. At around 3am some guy sat down who in 10/20 limit tried to go all in every hand Like i said AMAZING and almost made up for me wasting 11 hours in the 1k tourney.
