i can see the delicious simplicity in that chicken and tater meal and that's one fat ****in' chicken breast.
drop some assorted mix of pickles, sambal (for heat), buffalo sauce, and/or spicy brown mustard on that for variation.
and coriander, chili powder and/or cumin can add some variation to the chicken; as will lemon pepper, tyme, or dill. fresh squeezed lemon always goes a long way.
