This is a very common diet meal for me lately.

A huge chicken breast (468g) seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic powder/paprika/cayenne pepper

A couple good potatoes (290g) sliced up and sprayed with some avocado oil and seasoned then air fried and 43g of ketchup for the potatoes

Super simple and it tastes very good.

i can see the delicious simplicity in that chicken and tater meal and that's one fat ****in' chicken breast.
drop some assorted mix of pickles, sambal (for heat), buffalo sauce, and/or spicy brown mustard on that for variation.

and coriander, chili powder and/or cumin can add some variation to the chicken; as will lemon pepper, tyme, or dill. fresh squeezed lemon always goes a long way.

The breasts are frozen. Season them then freeze them then sous vide them. Not sure those fresh ingredients would work that way, and yeah, that breast is much larger than average.

those spouts look fantastic. haven't made any in the AF but you've inspired me
do you sprinkle a little bit of crunchy sea salt on them at the end? maybe a light drizzle of balsamic?
do you SV the fish and finish in the pan or something else? cod and haddock are other fish that are lower in cals and taste great if you can't find tilapia or roughy.

I spray them w avocado oil and season them before I throw them in…I hear balsamic is an excellent finisher for them but I haven’t gone that route.

I don’t sous vide the fish, it thaws so easily I just thaw it and then blacken it in a pan.
