good that you recognize this could be tough and you're taking it head on.
It’s literally the only thing I can do right now, so I really need to do that. I will definitely be getting steps in now, but I don’t think I will be able to lift/do much of anything for months.
So diet even more key than ever. Good time to create some good habits. Though food prep/cooking/dishes with one hand is far from ideal.
