Starting yesterday I’ve been trying to keep my calories even lower than normal while still getting 187g+ of protein a day and trying to keep carbs down a little bit as well, so hopefully you’ll be seeing and noticing lower calorie counts here.
Today was kinda typical. A protein shake w fat free greek yogurt, peanut butter, kale, mixed frozen fruit and frozen blueberries which is 620 or so calories and 75g protein, 15oz of chicken breast which is about 410 calories and 78g protein, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, pepper jack cheese, some roasted cauliflower, steamed asparagus, and a mixed greens Caesar salad w some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Split the chicken between the salad and with the vegetables. Black coffee also.
1821 cal 198g protein 72g carbohydrates, 84g fat
Lots of times I’ll have some rice instead of the salad but I have the mixed greens I have to use, and I’m trying to keep carbs lower too.

That sounds really good. As much as I love burgers and ****, Id be thrilled to have that 5 or so times a week.
Unexpected drinking day yesterday derailed us a little bit. Got planned drinking days on Sunday which won’t derail, and Wednesday which could be a big derailment. We’ll see.
