From reading his rap sheet it appears Christian Lusardi has plenty of experience with the criminal justice system. This includes the highly specialized skill of cutting (generous to him) plea bargain deals. (Has this guy spent any appreciable amount of time behind bars for all his crimes?)

I would love to be a fly on the wall in the detention facility where Lusardi is currently being held. He knows he's not going to be walking anytime soon, so he has all the incentive in the world to spill his guts. The NJDGE and the cops are surely sweating this guy for all the information he has. Lusardi has played this game before, so he's surely ratting out his buddies. If a well known pro (say somebody like Men the Master) is mixed up in this, Lusardi might be able to cut himself a good deal again since NJ authorities will more likely want to come down hard on the big fish rather than the patsy.

I can't wait for additional arrests. I love chaos and master criminal plots that go awry. One of my favorite lines is from the movie "Body Heat" where Mickey O'Rourke is explaining to William Hurt: "Hey counselor, with a crime like this [arson] there are a hundred ways you can get caught. what you say is all true, but the more important issue is bolded. Its not gonna be a matter of whether or not MTT organizers want to do this, if they don't clean up the internal control holes, they will be forced. As an industry we need to figure out what the solution is and start to put those internal controls in place now.

That means you have 40 separate regulatory bodies wondering what they can do to make sure this WONT happen in their state.

If you were them, and your purpose was to provide safe secure gaming in your state for players and casinos, and when that fails it looks bad on you, then what do you do. You put the most stringent rules you can in place without regard to economics.

So he decides to do the deed and orders 1000 chips in $5000 denominations..there's the purported $5 Million.
