BTW, they finally posted the Borgata Spring Open schedule. Event 1 is again a big guarantee with $560 buyin (I was one of those thinking there was a chance they might scrap that event as response to Chipgate)

nice interview ! FWIW I am pulling for you guys to get paid, that's why I do not want a refund even tho I busted day 1c. If I am asked to join the class action I will opt out. I don't know if any fake chips were in play at my tables but even if they were I don't see how that affected my play or my busting out early. I'm sure if there is a full refund that will mean you guys get screwed and I know how I would feel if I were in your shoes. Good luck !

BTW I'm not surprised this event is scheduled in the spring open and I bet it's just as big or close. This is no big deal to Borgata, it's business as usual for them.

Imagine you are final 27. You hire an atty who sues borgata for your ICM value. Borg settles with you in full. Your atty gets 30%. They then announce they have decided to ICM chop it. Congrats on pissing away 30% for nothing.

there is literally no case that Borgata has damaged any of those players $372k.

This is a prime example of your "opinion" being wrong, worthless and misleading. You are arguing someone should sue for damages a court will not admit into evidence, allow an attorney to argue for, instruct a jury they can not award, and reduce a verdict if they do award. Its perfectly acceptable that you do not know or understand that a court can only award actual, not speculative damages, in a negligence claim. However, it is uneducated of you to believe it is a matter of opinion or that your contribution has equal value to BAs.

Why would they scrap it? No matter what happens in this case, people are still going to gamble.
