Here is what I think:
1. Don't know. Maybe someone here has some insight.
2. I am assuming a lot of the players in the Casino Royale game were from Napa (which may or may not be the majority). Also, IIRC from earlier posts games had be attempted to run at the Phoenix and Lucky Derby (and maybe even Thunder Valley) So there may be enough momentum to sustain a game once or twice a week in Sac.
3. This is probably critical to get nurture some new players. There is no doubt PLO is a fun game to play. I will expand on my thoughts on this later.
4. Don't know. Maybe someone here has some insight.
5. The only way is to try it out.
6. There should be at least 1 casino that is nice, easy to get to, and hungry for new business (Cordova perhaps)?
