I think it is because a decent amount of the 5/10 players have been playing the 10/25 game and enjoy the extra room

I don't think making it 9 handed will increase action, if anything there will now be 1 less spot for a fish, which is pretty important for weekends. Anyways, the 10/20 nl played 10 handed as well, so I am assuming that changed as well.

It hasn't run on Monday-Wednesday for the past couple months. However, once the Spring Open starts, it should start running every day.

A O8 game below 10/20 is rare, but you can try to start an interest list and it might run during the tournament series.

how many runners expected for event #1? also, if its held in the poker room, which i think it is....how are they going to fit everyone that wants to get in?

Last time it was in the signature room and the poker room, we had over 1200 but that was a $500 + 60, and had 2 day 1's.

They're only allowed to use it twice a year, so WPT event and the winter event are the only 2 times they can use it.

Signature room is perfectly fine - played a Day one there (1500 DS) and had no complaints. It's reasonably close to multiple restrooms (off the main floor past SeaBlue and the downstairs one) and to the cafeteria for a slice/pretzel on a 15 min break. Also close to outside doors for the smokers.

There is going to be 3 tournies running in the morning on Sunday the 17th. I'm wondering where the Riverchasers freeroll (4th tourney) is going to fit?

I emailed you a week ago but forgot to ask where that freeroll is going to be played w/ the 500+ players expected.

The signature room is at a great location as mentioned above, played there last year with no complaints

Looks like Event 1 ($350+50 DS) had 726 entries.

It was a $100K guar. It easily surpassed that with a prize pool of $254,100

I believe they take 3% from that so I guess the final prize pool is $246,477
