I find it interesting that ALL Mon-Thurs free rooms are still available in Dec. (thru the 23rd).

I guess it's (usually) a bit quieter between (not during) Turkey day and X-mas week?
In December

No, it was not a typo. It played on table 68 in the high limit room.

I was playing the Pink Chip games this Thursday and Friday; very fun. Omaha on Thursday Afternoon, Hold 'em Friday Afternoon and Thursday Night. Overall was up about $800 in these games alone.

Hoping they're more common/popular the next time I get down there!

At first, I was really excited when I first heard Borgata would have a pink chip hold'em game. I really wanted to move up from $3/$6, and going all the way up to $10/$20 seemed like a big jump.

When I got there yesterday at 1:00pm, there was one name on the PCHE list. When I left at 8:00, one more name had been added. I think PCHE is dead. Since I had just made a withdrawal from my on-line poker account, I decided to use that money and cowboy up and give the $10/$20 LHE game a shot.

I didn't find the 10/20 game too tough. At the feeder table, there were 2 old guys who limped in to more than half the pots, which was nice. When I got moved to the main game, limping in became even more common. I think we had 7 or 8 to a flop a few times.

Did I just show up on a good day?

Yea, you show'd up on a good day, and let me tell you that every day is a good day! Actually tho, thurs-sun seem to be the best days, usually at least three games going. Earlier in the week, if there are only one or two games, they are usually tougher, but not impossible to beat. I agree that the pink chip game would've been excellent level to move up to, so I hope your roll can handle the swings in the 10/20 game. g/l.

God that deepstack is so much fun. Truly a shame that I got knocked out 4 minutes before the dinner break when my AA ran into lucky 99. Death to the world.

Anyway, Stan, when does the normal tournament schedule resume? Is there a regular 7pm tournament running tonight?

AFAIK, jitneys do not go to to airport. Also, I believe the cost of a taxi would be more since the airport is outside the city and is not subject to a cap.
