I tried to sign up for event #3 $350+50 PLO for next Thurs. online, but it isn't available. Is this just an oversight or can you only sign up for this tournament in person. I called a few times but everytime i spoke to someone they sent me to a VM loop.

I know you're a busy man, so I just want to thank you again for taking the time out of your day yesterday to meet with me and take care of my situation. You run the best card room hands down and I think its awesome that you make yourself available to your customers here or in person. Why do people play anywhere else?

BTW, I finished 6th last night, a lil practice for a deep run in the BPO.

Maybe, but moreover because they failed to listen to the needs/wants of the players and kept on doing the same thing. Not Scott's failing - "upstairs" would always be micro-managing him. We tried getting some good things going there that never got off. Like killing the horrible 10/20/30 game and spreading 15/30. And, going for 9/18 with $3 chips.

Definition of insanity, "Doing the same thing over and over, while expecting different results!"

Eh, serving crappy drinks, giving bad service in general, and having the entire casino go into the toilet was more of the problem than not spreading a certain limit game.
