Thank you for the details. I could not find an open ticket for this so I wrote a new ticket after testing the filter you mentioned.

PFR, vpip, limpsb v bb, fold to c bet are the ones iam going to use, the problem is that a dont know how to interpret the results. Example: pfr 17, vpip 15. Means 17% of the hands played with vilain he raises pre flop, but is 17% to much, its 15% vpip normal? How can you decide if someone is a fish, a bad reg, a good reg,etc... There are standard values?
What is 'normal' in one game (9max regular speed MTT) may not be normal in another game (6max super turbo sng). You need to learn this by research and review of the games you play specifically. Try checking in the strategy forums on this site for those games. We can help with the technical aspects of making the software work if you are having problems but strategy is beyond our normal support.

Here are the definitions for a large portion of the stats. This FAQ will be expanded in the near future to be more comprehensive.

Other point is the stats in front of the dealer..man, i cant see how much is in the pot. Its possible to eliminate that stats?

ps: sorry for my poor english.
You can right-click + hold and then drag them if they are in your way.

You can reduce the number of last pots shown: hud options > config properties > last hand winners: 0 to 3

Or you can disable it completely: hud options > config properties > [ ] settings/hud select

Can you try to test a few hands in a new database to make sure your database didn't get corrupted?

*Try creating a new DataBase - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...m+Manager+2%3F
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Hand+Importing
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

If you continue to have problems with the new dataabse:

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Ok, I did that and it was considerably more accurate in the new DB. The difference may be due to currency exchange. There were also 13 errors and 354 duplicate hands in a brand new DB? I just looked deeper into that, this is weird I think, maybe I just do not know protocol.

Import tab:
23 of 23 files
1166 hands imported
354 duplicate hands
13 import errors.

Sessions tab: 1119 hands with all games and no filters. This is true of all tabs.

I got your email Fozzy, thx for reply. I was wondering what I do with the following:

'If you continue to have problems, Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default'

I apologize in advance if it is really obvious but do you need me to email this file or just save it if I need tv session? It didnt give anymore instructions. Ty

See if this faq helps with the multi-currency discrepancies - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...Multi+Currency

*Do NOT use the 'Fix Hands' option listed first, as this is not needed for new versions and new hands.

Duplicates are not uncommon and should not cause discrepancies but the 13 errors don't account for the 1166 - 1119 difference. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Yes, please. We need that to check your version number and various settings in the file to see if your problems may be something easy to solve. Once we have that file and any other details/answers to our questions we can determine if a remote support session is necessary to help you.

I seem to be experiencing some type of memory leak. I woke up this morning and HM2 was using 750mb of memory. I simple program shut/open set it back to it's normal 200mb. Is this a known issue or should I investigate it further?

Clicking the last hands HUD to pull up hands for marking/review/copy is bugged. I can never open the most recent hand. When I click the last hand, the 2nd to last hand is what opens and I need to manually move to the previous hand.

The New Stars VPP stat should take into account the date the hands were played and calculate it accordingly. There are known issues with it caused by the Happy Hour hands and apparently stars is/has changed the rake/vpp again since Jan 1st because of all the gripes from their users.

We have a couple of open bugs for the hand viewer we are actively working on.

Have you disabled this option? HUD Options > Config Properties > HUD Settings > [x] Settings/HUD select

If it is disabled, try to enable it and see if it helps.

We hope to have it released soon (later this week is my guess) but I don't have an ETA yet as some of the developers were on vacation over the holidays.
This post was from Jan 2nd. What's the delay?

My HUD was working yesterday today when I open HEM (I have version 1) I get a pop-up box that says,

"The following error occurred when trying to open the database. Failed to establish a connection to 127.0.0.1"

I have the latest patch updated I think. Help!

I am sorry, I misread your post and didn't realize you were referring to HM1. I do not have an ETA for when it will be available in HM1. It was released for HM2 in our forums on Jan 9th and is now the official HM2 release.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

When I click on a hand from the HUD to see it in the hand history window I always get a white page for the table to the right of my screen. All the other table I can see the history except for those table on the right. What can I do for this?

Also when I click on the table that are working my hand history window don't pop up in front. It's always hide under my other table. Any way to fix this?

And finally, it is very very annoying when multi tabling not to be able to see the hand history in one instant. It's annoying to have to scroll down to see the final of a hand. Can you guys fix this also so we could see the whole HH like it was in HM1.

To resume I think you have a huge bug with those HH window, can you fix all those issue asap please. Like I said it is very annoying bug like that 3 months after release.

Thanks

Using HM2 .6112 version

I am not sure what you mean by 'white page'. Are you using multiple monitors? Does this 'white page' take up the same space as the Hand Viewer or is it bigger/smaller? Does it only happen near/over the Start menu area?

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 3267. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back in this forum http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 3267 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I am sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience. These types of bugs had to be delayed while we addressed the performance issues some of our customers were experiencing. Now that most of those problems are behind us we are making a big push to get these types of annoying bugs resolved as quickly as possible.

I would like to remove the popup attached to the auto rate icon while retaining the icon so I can color code each player. I will opt to live with the popup rather than remove auto rate icons all together, as I love the coloring system.

It looks like this is a known bug with pacific, ipoker, and merge, for some of their games (some sites 9max show as 10 max, and other sites the 10max show as 9, from what I see).
