For some reason my HEM1 isn't showing any hands in any of the tabs. Its recording my tourneys fine. I have uninstalled an re-installed 3 times to the latest version but have had no success. I have check and rechecked the filters to make sure there clear and they are so i'm not sure what to do next?

Hello, ive recently got back into playing online post BF. I had my computer reformatted and lost my hm1 software, i cant seem to find the original software which i think i need since my key is for hm1. any suggestions or walk throughs for this situation

Hello.

First of all I've updated my Hem1 to 1.12.09 ver.

I still have problems with:
1) HUD on P* (it doesn't work despite the update)
2) HHs -> everything's fine on P*, HHs are in the HEM archive folder but it seems like software only sees tournament summary files. It counts winnings all right but when I view a tourney in "Tourney/Results/Data View" it has 0 hands and its time is "0" or "-360" (when I finished 1st or 2nd).

Because of that I've got infinite $/h this week ; ) Yeeey.

But seriously: what could you advice me? I am mailing with HEM support for over a week with no success.

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and go to Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

If you continue to have problems, your database may be corrupt:

Export your Hand Histories

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database


All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).


This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created).


We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.

Check your spam/junk inboxes as our email replies may have gotten filtered there. If you still can't find our replies, please PM me with your email address I can search our system and try to find out if/why your emails weren't replied to.

Could you please tell me how I can view my overall hours ( and $ per hr.) in HM2?
Kinda like HM1's session tab. I can't seem to find it in HM2.

I'm playing on stars both US and Euro table. In my active session tab it show's my result right, they make the currency change, but in my report tab they only show my loss in US, it doesn't make the conversion.

Any way to fix this?

using hem 1.12.09 and just realized that POKERSTARS 4man husgns payouts doesn't show right (2nd place shows as 2bi win, which is actually 0)
is there a quick fix to that?

I have 2 questions on HEM2 and notecaddy.

1. Let's say I have notecaddy all set up to generate notes and have a large database with many datamined hands. I then purge all hands where hero was not involved. Are the notes from datamined hands still retained? If the note itself is kept, but the hand referenced is lost, is there a way to prevent this?

2. Let's say I have a large database (3 million+) which includes many datamined hands. I then create a database with 1 million of the most recent datamined hands. Is there a way to import notecaddy notes from the first database into the second? I am referring to the 2 million hands that were not imported, can I export the notes from these and import them even though the hands themselves are not there?

Hi, quick question:
I used HM2 a month ago or so. But it looked like "vs hero" stats weren't working at all (all these stats always showed 0, for instance 3bet vs hero). Did anyone have anything similar or does "vs hero" stats work now? I mainly tried HM2 only because of these stats, but after finding they didn't work, switched back to HM1. Thanks in advance!

Please take a look under Reports -> More reports. There are lots of reports for the different demands.

The Net won column is a non-converted value. Please add $USD and€EUR to the reports (click on the small "Stats" button on the top left corner of the reports.

In general this stats work, i have seen rare reports of them not working. But this seems to be just a temporary problem which should be fixable with a new database and an update to the latest HM2 release.

The hand reference is lost because the hand is gone. I'm not sure what you mean by prevent it other than not purging.

Sorry, no. It is recommended that you avoid purging when possible if you wish to make the most of NoteCaddy

You should see some sample filters for this in the Advanced filters section of HM2. In HM1 you need to specify Actions which fulfill your specifications manually under Filter by Actions and more filters

I would like to do an alias of all players in my database with like less than 200 Hands, If possible I would like to do it even more advanced and do an alias with players <200Hands and lets say pfr between 10-20.

No, the server is not down. I just tested by deleting my .lic file so I was forced to activate it again.

There is no quick way to 'add all players to alias' like you want, AFAIK.

IN HM1 you need to first create a 'villains' alias in the Options > Player Aliases.. menu, and add at least one screen name to it there.

Then you can go to the Players tab and filter by Min Hands and VPIP and right-click > add player to current alias one at a time.

This right-click option will be added to the HM2 > Summaries tab in the future. If you want to be notified when it is added please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 4141 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I'm trying to understand what's the column "Rake" supposed to calculate on HM2
I'm playing on pokerstars.fr, and this column is displaying: 472€
while the WC method rake is 562€ (VPP / 5.5 on pokerstars.fr) and the Dealt method rake is 731€ (according to http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=901)
WTA rake is 559€

Which browser were you using? Some browsers like Internet Explorer will not work because of the javascript our site uses for that Reset button.

Please try to login to your account using Chrome, FireFox, or Opera and then Reset All Profiles.

Thanks, I got an email reply said that there is a server shortage and the license is working now.

I am using Chrome and my HM2 is working anyway.
