2) For one of my players, the "sessions" tab is always blank. Hands show up on the sessions by day tab, show up in the graph just fine, in the By Stakes tab, and everywhere else just fine, but for some reason the "Sessions" tab shows nothing. When I switch to other players, it shows their session data just fine. How do I fix this?
Are you referring to the Reports > Sessions report, or the Active Session tab?

Please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

Please zip and email a sample of the problem hand histories, and the screen shot, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

The same code can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

Please try using our site to register your current/new license. If your code isn't there already you can upload it manually and then reset the code whenever necessary.

https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

If you have lost the code entirely you will need to ask our sales team to search the archives. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

We plan to implement the new stars vpp stat in HM1 eventually, but I don't have an ETA yet. I will send an email and try to get some sort of an ETA for you if possible.

I think there is a custom WC Rake stat for HM1 in our forums that might work for this, but it's a little over my head and I haven't had time to test it yet.

Code:
<Stat ColumnName="WCRake" ValueExpressions="SUM(pkh.rakeamount * (phmisc.postamountpreflop + phmisc.betamountpreflop + phmisc.callamountpreflop + COALESCE(flop.betamount + flop.callamount, 0) + COALESCE(turn.betamount + turn.callamount, 0) + COALESCE(river.betamount + river.callamount, 0)) * 1. / (pkh.potsize + pkh.rakeamount)) * 0.01 AS WCRake" Evaluate="WCRake" ColumnHeader="WC Rake" ColumnFormat="$0.00" ColumnWidth="*" Tooltip="Weighted Contributed Rake" />

I spend whole day trying to configure HM2 ang getting used to it- and i failed... to be honest i dont know if whole 30 days of trial would be enough...

All i'm looking for at the beginning (before i will exploit new stuff) is just *the same* layout and usability that HEM1 has... When i play i dont have to think where is stat or popup that im looking for...

1. Why there is no *the same* Default_Main popup as in HEM1? There is missing many stats that im used to.
2. Why this popup is so wide? Look at spaces between colums. Its really hard to see it all just with fast look.
3. Replayer shows just random number of hands. HEM1 shows ~100k and HM2 about 20k. From where this number came from?
4. Am i the only person that thinks HM2 autorate icons look more ugly/blurred then their HM1 equivalents? Is there way to change that?
5. In HM1 popups there is [%] symbol after stat. Maybe thats just not importand, but im used to it.
6. Is it possible to remove settings panel from HUD?(or make it only a small icon?)

I think thats all for now. Please see screen below.

Ty in advance!
I am sorry for the confusion. I should have asked my team members about it before I posted yesterday. That stat will only give you the actual WC Rake amount, not the VPPs. It would have to be modified by someone with programming experience (which isn't me) to work for VPPs.

Here is a thread that explains how to do it, but it may be easier to just wait for our next HM1 update which will hopefully have the newest stars vpp stats. I would recommend notepad++ over wordpad.

The hud hand replayer stopped working again. In the beta build that I tried last week it started working, however since the update a couple days ago it won't work on the 3 sites I tried it on.

I also had a strange pop-up bug which I'm almost hesitant to describe because I have no idea how it happened. However twice this session the pop-up would not work. It was working fine on a table and then it all of a sudden wouldn't, I restarted HEM2 and it worked, but a couple minutes later it happened to another table. And for the next half an hour the pop up would never pop up and I was forced to rely on the HUD. I was playing 10 tables at the time and the others were seemingly unaffected.

The popups in HM2 were completely redesigned to make them smaller and more useful at the same time.

I can't see the full sized image because the file name you used was censored by the 2+2 filters.

Was the popup imported or created manually?

Try toggling clear type on/off - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...sing-cleartype

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

The % symbols were removed to reduce the clutter in the popups. The vast majority of stats are percentages so we felt it was a bit redundant and made the popups harder to read.

HM2 caches certain information in order to optimize search results and report load times. The minimum RAM that HM2 was designed for is 2GB.

The amount of caching (and thus the amount of RAM used) for an individual user is, in part, dependent on the RAM available and how much RAM is required for other applications you are running. Thus HM2 intelligently uses RAM based on a balancing act between how much you have and how much you are using elsewhere. If someone has a significant amount of RAM available, HM2 will cache more in order to further improve your response times to queries and report loading.

Thank you for answering his question with some real world numbers for him. Are all 1.2m hands from 1 screen name, or an alias of multiple names? Have you tried picking your active screen name instead of the alias name and/or tried filtering for 'this month' or 'today' instead of 'all hands' in the date filters?

It sounds like you may have created an import/archive loop.

Make sure that you do not have any archive folders setup under the Options > Configure Auto Import Folders.. option. Auto Import is only for live hands played, and you need to make sure the \HMArchive is not in a sub-folder of any auto import path.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver

Your database is likely corrupt.

Export your Hand Histories
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/...ta-view-01.jpg

Then can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created).

We have a backup and restore feature within Holdem Manager that makes it easy for you to backup all your settings, hand histories and files.
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...up+%26+Restore

This is a new feature and there are some compatibility issues with it so if you have any problems you can do this manually by following the instructions below:

Manual database backup/restore via pgadmin - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...store+Database
