HEM2 has been working(relatively) fine up until the last update, now I'm getting an error about half an hour after I launch it telling me it cannot connect to postgresql database and linking me to the FAQ for windows firewall etc. It works fine and imports hands properly up until the point i get this error.

I had "Raise 1st.EP, Raise 1st.MP, Raise 1st.CO, Raise 1st.BT, Raise 1st.SB" as stats on my HUD. The last three no longer exist and I can't find the first two anymore, so I'm assuming you are renaming them.

What are the names of the new stats?

PS. I love how you went to a live release and started wanting money and the first "!HM Advisory" is "HM2 builds will be rolled out every 24-48 hours for the next week or two." Doesn't sound to me like it's ready to be off beta.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

I am sorry for the problems. This is a known issue the developers are working on already. We hope to have it fixed in a future release but I do not have an ETA for a release yet.

Please update to the latest build via HM2 > Settings > Check For Updates

Try to set the Date Range to All Hands and Clear All Filters.

Are you getting an error? Can you post more details?

Is this r6025 error a Holdem Manager error or a VC error?


If you follow the FAQ instructions it should solve this issue, sometimes the windows updates can cause this issue or an update to your firewall

Ill check into those stats issue with our stats guy. Once you open the program from beta to public we expected a increase in reported bugs so this is why were doing this so we can get you updates asap.

why cant HM2 remember the tabs positions in reports and size and positions of columns yet?

Those issues should be fixed but if you send me a few hands to hm2support@holdemmanager.com ill double check there isnt any issues

This is the "line taken" stat in the Misc section of Hud Stats, it only works in the replayer or sites that have live tracking at the moment, we plan to expand live tracking to more sites later.

Actually these all look to be in there.



They were renamed to Steal for CO,BTN and SB as raising first in is stealing in those positions. If you dont see them then you will next build, that pic is from the latest internal but that should be live within a couple of hours

Also please note the new sessions by day and sessions by month reports are not combining the results correctly, this will be fixed soon

My HEM2 doesn't save my HUD preferences - it reverts back to the default HUD and I have to switch HUDs on every new table. How do I get it to save my preferences?

What site is this for? Is it the positions its not remembering or is it when you edit the stats its not remembering those either?

This is where on new tables, it's always the "default" hud config that pops up which is by design iirc

Every site. No, i've created a HU HUD and have selected it for HU on all sites but it just reverts to the default HUD and I have to switch manually on every table. It does remember the positions I think.

Ok thats more than likely some sort of conflict, Please go to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig folder and attach your prefs.xml file here from that folder

Are you going to update HEM1 to be compatible with Cake Poker ? If so, when can that be expected?

We are trying to get a new HM1 update out ASAP to address the cake update, Merge issues, Everest MTT HUD problems, and other bugs.

HUSNG tourney still don't update themselves I have to close and restart HM2 everytime for them to update. I was told this was meant to be a priority

How come my Fold to 3bet stat doesn't show up? I mean it doesn't show up in the hud preview when I'm editing the hud things, I don't know if it works on the tables. Also I wonder why it takes forever to import about 2 million hands, on HEM1 it took like 4 hours at most, in HEM2 it's more than 7.

This is on the priority list however were having some issues with it and were still working on it, should have something soon.

We changed some stats names and it broke some of the stats, if you remove the stat and add it back from the vs 3bet section it should work fine.

How are you doing the import, is it using the importing HM1 database or are you manually importing the original hands

I guess from the HM1 database, I go to Database > Import and start import there, I think that's the way. Should I import from HMarchive instead?

+1, it isn't your computer. I have a brand new 6GB quad core that I only have poker software on.

Also...

1. A lot of the stats in my HUD (imported from HEM1) are broken and don't show up in the hud
2. the hud locks up sometimes when I try to move it. It usually comes back without having to restart the program but often times I time out or lose action because of it.
3. I don't understand why functionality available in HEM1 was stripped out of HEM2. It is super tilting to not be able to see any values on the graph. Also not being able to see hand histories easily is tilting. Also I'm scared to click my HUD to try to see past hand histories because of #2
4. I'm pretty pissed that you guys released this to the general public in the **** state it's in. Do a beta release and hammer all this stuff out before selling software that people depend on for thousands of dollars.
5. forgetting at least 2 other things I'll be back to post them

How do I see my winnings by month or day? I think I must have missed something but I can't work it out.
