That's some driver's ed ** right there.

If you leave > 1 car length between you and the car in front of you it's too much space.

You guys are all terrible drivers and the reason I'm employed.

Sincerely,

You should get a letter just like this one from your medical insurance company soon

It's really disheartening to know that I'm in the same insurance risk pool as some of these donards. A couple months ago some guy was in the left lane and decided he wanted to be in the right lane. Problem was that I was there. He plowed into me, waved and continued on his way. I pulled over and he was at the light up ahead so I got his license in case he didn't pull over beyond. Of course he didn't, he sped off as soon as the light changed.

I filed a police report and he got a hit and run charge and probably failure to maintain control but my insurance still went up $35/month despite being not at fault. Thank you Gov Snyder & your no fault insurance scheme.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that letter is inbound along with another one explaining why they aren't paying for anything. On the plus side, I talked to the orthopedic office this morning. They looked at the x rays and didn't see anything too major. Next appointment is tomorrow.

Oh yea no fault insurance I remember that. Always thought that was a good thing, but then again, I had ample driving experience in India and even though you can find a car accident on every corner here, once you've driven on our roads, Michigan # 1 is a breeze.

Spoiler:
Except for the winters.
Spoiler:
but even then I avoided every car while 360-ing on the highway after slipping on some ice

AIOTT,

Have you been injured?

You need to call up Joumana Kayrouz at 1866-YOUR RIGHTS

It is a great thing, with the exception of all the medical fraud. Metro Detroit is a billion dollar a year fraud machine at this point. People are throwing themselves in to cars and "medical clinics" in conjunction with chiropractic facilities then kick them back money.

HuffPo did the same to me. Put a huge ****ing spoiler in the title of the front page article.
06-15-2015 , 04:11 PM
Sorry bro. Apprec the heads up though. I won't be watching it for another few days.

I'm not saying you gotta watch it the second it comes out, but if you don't, you kinda have to expect to be spoiled. Unless you don't use the internet or talk to people.
06-15-2015 , 04:46 PM
That's absurd. If you read full articles then sure. But there's no reason to put something in the god damn headline and/or not have spoiler alerts.

ETA: Also, if this was 10 years ago too, then sure.

bixby,

Fair point. But what about if you were going to watch it, but instead got caught up in some hilarious highjinks when you took your toddler out to the local gas station to buy terrible beer? What then?

My point is that irrespective of whether or not spoilers should be treated with sensitivity the day after the episode airs, it's extremely reasonable to expect that spoilers are going to be goddamn everywhere if you go browsing Huffpo/Deadspin/Jezebel/whatever the next day.
