Nice KY. Best house buying strategy for youngs: buy the cheapest house in the most expensive neighborhood you can afford.

Best home defense strategy: shoot it, shovel it, and shut up about it.

Politics/ATF is that way ------------------------> (at least for me)

you would say that, you've got the cranial aspects of a chimpanzee

Had to quick check Quick Ben. Would be turrble if he was actually banned. Who would be here to challenge our most basic assumptions?

I'm assuming Aidan is the racist 2p2 mod in question? If not I've clearly missed some forum drama and need to be filled in, postehaste. I should probably just search the Politics forum, but that seems like a lot of work and possibly hazardous to my health.

That being said I wouldve preferred a place that needed work anyway. First house I am happy I get to pick out all my own finishes and appliances etc

Its a little scary in the house at night, theres not a light in sight except my one neighbor and my interior house lights. So I bought a mossberg 500 with the pistol grip to be installed later. Please do not come at me.

Colorado has no wait period for firearms. Walk in walk out with a 12 gauge.

repost from fft
Great selection of firearm. Mossberg 500's have TONS of mods out there for them and are cheap enough that you don't mind they get beat up a little. If you ever need a drop, you can find them second hand for next to nothing, use and dispose.

Super good advice.

However, if you ever decide to remodel it yourself, just don't.

Congrats Rusty!

Is hiring a professional resume writing service worth it?

I assumed it was BruceZ he was talking about, but wouldn't be surprised if there was more than one. The whole drama is in the Mike Brown/Ferguson thread in politics. However that thread (as you guessed) is complete AIDS. Would not read, would not try to read. Just take my word for it.

The slightly shorter version is in ATF: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/55...rucez-1470818/

Cliffs: BruceZ is a dirty racist who didn't get demodded. Politics regs make Thremp seem like a really mellow dude.

Doesn't seem like it, since in my experience no one reads resumes

I would say it depends on how well you write. If you write like a 4th grader, then you should get some help. If you write like an engineer for a non-engineer job, you should get some help IMO (based off of the writing of the engineers I work with).

I was actually asked questions on my resume at the job I am at. Not sure if it is just this company that does it though as I haven't been to many interviews in my life (4 that I can remember, 1 in 2011, 3 in 2012).
09-05-2014 , 08:03 PM
Cover letters are where it's at. Right before (or is that after?) sleeping with the hiring manager.

People read my summary at the top, it seems like they rarely look at more than the top job or two otherwise.

The really practical way to get a job, though, is to have an in, someone who will personally get your name to someone near the top, get an interview scheduled, etc. As I read once "resumes were invented so that no one had to read resumes"

Cliff notes of my attempt to teach 5 women to squat: two cancelled the night before, two cancelled 30 mins before and one didnt cancel but also didnt bother to show up. What a waste of time. I lifted anyway, so it wasnt so bad.
