Jalex, what about having them agree to showing you their account on TeamViewer/Mikogo? I don't think I'd let anyone into my actual poker account just for my own security, but would be happy to show someone whatever they wanted via a screen-sharing program. It's pretty impossible to fake things through that and you can still get screenshots as well.

I'm open to it, definitely. There's a couple issues with that, but probably nothing that can't be overcome.

RoSeeker requested that his photo be removed from my screenshots, so I worked with Mike Haven to edit those posts and rehost versions without the photos.

I promise that nothing else other than RoSeeker's picture was changed by those edits.

Two of you had quoted my images in your posts, so to save Mike time, I just suggested that he remove my images from your quoted section.

Just making sure there's no question if anyone notices the edits.

I was wondering about that, too. I guess Pokerstars froze his account. I wonder what his FTP name is. I know the rule is if they don't self-identify it's forbidden to out them so only if Gary has previously disclosed it, of course.

Because the administrators of 2p2 will remove information like that and I didn't want anything other than the pictures getting changed, if someone removing information used a chainsaw instead of a scalpel.

i read the evidence and it appears that it doesnt look great for gary. but this is also why we have court systems, where things not looking good for the accused, have ended in not guilty verdicts. correct?

I don't get what you mean, the vested parties didn't do their homewrok before the bet? You need to go back to the drawing board there that is a total load of B.S. There is an expectation that people will be on the up and up.

If you mean the vested parties didn't find all of the shenanigans that took place, that is not their job, it is the job of the judges. Sure the bettors could point out something shady if they saw it but without hand histories what they could uncover is kinda limited.
