That clay guida fathead is gonna be the rarest fathead ever made. I don't see Guida getting a real title shot since it seems most of us (me included) hate him. W/L's aren't guaranteed title shots or Fitch would have clearly gotten another one awhile ago. However, Guida might fall into the "best guy the title holder hasn't faced/already pounded the crap out of" after Miller's title shot which is usually the guy who gets it (or the top two face off with winner getting the shot w/e).

I don't like Guida but I think he would be a tough fight for Edgar. He has both the cardio and wrestling to steal three rounds. Edgar is still prone to bigger wrestlers controlling him. That is right up Guida's alley.

Also, RE: Jim Miller vs Ben Henderson. Miller's a favorite and rightly so, but Henderson just put on a hell of a performance and took bronze in the brown belt division of the Mundials (top gi-BJJ competition in the world). Pretty impressive result.

Cool a MMA thread on Two plus two!

I am long time fan and have fought Professional MMA done some kind of comabt sports training for 20 years.

After all this black friday BS I am going to fight again just to release some frustration!

Mostly just because of the passion I have for the sport...

cant wait for overeem fight next week..

so many good fights now near every week..not like the dark ages of mma when we had to wait 3-4 months between shows

The EDF thread has always been good, i just never go into EDF at all. I'm in SE all the time, so it's easy to keep up here. I don't really want to add another subforum to the rotation just for one thread.

Nick Diaz is officially relinquishing his SF WW belt.

Dana said that 125 pound flyweight class is coming to the UFC very soon.

The UFC is attempting to buy G4 for 600 million dollars.

Every UFC main event will be a 5-round fight.

Lots of huge news in the last day or two.
