It's awesome you see nothing of it but having two friends in LA media who recently came out I can say from seeing it being out and open and comfortable even if everyone around you is seemingly in the know and cool is way harder in life than just going about acting like everything is as it really isn't

A friend of mine has a niece with rare form of epilepsy that causes cluster seizures that can be life threatening as it affects breathing. It has been pretty terrible for her parents and siblings and there is nothing that can be done about it really because it is a genetic issue. The mother has turned to God and asks for prayers constantly in Facebook posts which are instantly answered by people claiming they are praying hard for the baby. She just posted this:

"Today is a bad day"

Followed by a ton of prayers in the comments and people begging for clarification to which she responded only "time to say goodbye"

Followed predictably by dozens of people asking what is going on with no further updates.

I reached out to my buddy, the uncle and her brother in law, to find out what's going on and he had no idea but thinks it is about her estranged mother.

I wonder if those miguided comment prayers get recycled or wasted?

Hopefully the baby can have a prayer account that they can tap where all these prayers can be stored for the next tough time.

On a serious note that's a pretty horrible condition and i hope they can find a treatment that can improve her quality of life.
