I'm not sure how I feel about this. On one hand, "I used drugs while pregnant (and far enough into my pregnancy that there's no way I couldn't have known), but I care about my baby and I'll be a good mom, I swear" isn't enough, but taking the kid for life with no visitation seems rather extreme. Shouldn't the mom be able to get her kid back if she can prove she's stayed clean for a period of time? How many places is this happening?

Well, but then the kid is going into the foster care system instead of an adopted home.
Yeah then at least they wouldn't be "doing drugs."
I'm not for 98% of my conspiratard friends bs but the whole weed is schedule 1 and has no proven long term physical illness complications and yet tobacco is legal as are booze and both can be highly addictive and have serious damage to fetuses and can give you multiple forms of cancer... It's at least very hard to argue that our
Federal govt Reps don't hold priority for $$$ over the people they represents long term well being and health
Edit: I know it's nicotine not Tobacco that is addictive I just said tobacco form the overall point
I have a coworker who posts about 90% of the stuff rakeme shares, and every single one of those "will you do me a favor? Will you copy and paste this as your status for one hour? I bet I know the few who will..." Posts. Other than that he spams with a petition to have a network pick up his favorite tv show which is called "Grimm". About three of those a day.
I don't unfollow because it is a perverse joy to see them. Kind of like that song you hate coming on the radio.
