I'm pretty sure after looking at a handful of kilowatt's posts that JY was never going to use him as an in between.

I am not going to argue with you whether it was the right move or not it may well be but bottom line is that JY's case is so open and shut that he didn't have to be as transparent as all the pro MM supporters wanted him to be as it's all in the thread to date...for those that want to apply their minds to it that is.
