i would never trust ps again or play there if the deal fails.
this deal can't fail. surely the doj wouldn't of kicked GTB out, without having a deal set with ps 1st.

In many locations, a license is not required to operate. I'm sure FTP2 will become licensed once owned by PS, but I would guess by IOM where PS is licensed rather than by Alderney where FTP was licensed. And I think PS might start up FTP2 in some jurisdictions in advance of completing the IOM licensing process.

I'm going to say Oct 2012ish until the new site is up. A lot of people think something is going to happen quickly. Refunds will probably be issued within 2 weeks assuming something does infact settle here.

Idk how long it would take for a company to build the software and the interwebz strukter on such short notice. Anyone have a good/educated input on this? I would think it would be connected to pokerstars current traffic and making great efforts with the new skin to get in the US would be the best idea imo.

Because any acquisition of FTP is also part of any settlement with DOJ. It's all one big tie-up. Acquisition of FTP would be part of the settlement.
