Jeff,
Is it true, as has been stated in a recent interview on Quad Jacks, that ownership of FTP was given out on a handshake basis? And if true has this created any issues in resolving a deal?

The company refers to this as backlog. This will be the subject of an upcoming company statement that will answer the question of how this happened.

Sorry, I don't know the answer. I have never heard this before.

nickname

If FTP came back online it would likely/only be because they have paid all the folks and the DOJ AND have new managemen. Under those circumstances guys like you should certainly go back. I was just a rec/donater/fish and I liked it too. This could happen, but the odds are getting long.

2. Without an independent statement by a 3rd party investor(s) how will FTP show actual evidence of progress in negotiations with investor(s) at the AGCC hearing?

As opposed to evidence of 'preparing the ground for investment' which is independent of an investor's actions or even the existence of one currently.

3. In the NETELLER case they released a press release ~ three weeks after the initial charges were brought stating the amount seized. There appears to have been no objection from the DoJ to make this information available.

Will FTP make a similar statement and quantify approximately the amount seized by the DoJ and what % is restrained in US and foreign (i.e. non-US) bank accounts in the forthcoming statements?
Yes, it is my understanding that this will be the subject of an upcoming company statement.

Mr. Ifrah,

Whats the chances of Bitar, Lederer, Fergeson, and other shareholders reinvesting their own money into the company? Or is this not possible due to the class action lawsuits and the DOJ?

Mr Ifrah

Is there the possibility that Full Tilt will come back online (obviously in Rest of the World) before US players will be paid?

And is sufficient the AGCC's OK to go back online?

Thanks in advance for answers.

Jeffrey, thanks so much for answering my previous question. And if you cared, my favorite color is silver. Yep.

I have another question for you if thats alright,

This is another two part question.

1. Are you "FTPdoug" ?

2. Can you inform us who has been speaking to the 2+2 FTP community on FTP's behalf here as "FTPdoug" if it is not / has never been you?

This would satisfy the curiousity of many many people.

On a more important note- Please inform the FTP hierarchy not to underestimate the willingness of the FTP playerbase (American and non-American) to assist FTP in ANY WAY needed to get us paid back fully or even partially. I'd be willing to cough up some of my remaining funds if it means removal of FTP management and turning FTP back on so they can begin generating income again - as long as that meant I would eventually, someday, be paid my full or partial balance, even if that partial balance was in bits and pieces. I believe most players at this point would be willing to make some sacrifices - specifically with regards to bonuses / FTP points / iron man medals / etc.

Mr. Ifrah,

Is it true that Ray Bitar held some percentage of player deposits in a personal bank account?

Re: FTP Discussion Thread (Everything but big new news goes here. Cliffs in OP)

Is there going to be a point in time when FTP is a lost cause? The longer this goes on the longer it looks less likely a deal is going to happen as the deal will look less appealing to investors. FTP are going to run out of money sooner or later surely.

Jeff stop dodging these two questions that multiple players have asked:

1. Are FTP owners willing to reinvest with their own money?

2. And are the FTP owners willing to pay back the players in the event of bankruptcy?

Mr Ifrah,

With X employees on payroll is anything being done to prepare for (a possible) re-opening i.e. checking/returning limbo fund balances, validity of accounts etc... basically just getting things in order?

Cheers

Re: FTP Discussion Thread (Everything but big new news goes here. Cliffs in OP)

If there is no full investment, what does that mean for the players? Is it an option for another site to buy FT and have player balances turn into bonuses at the new site so that after a certain amount of play we will "earn" our balances back?

I hope that isnt what happens, but I would much prefer that solution than getting nothing and think that there are several sites out there that would do this in exchange for FTs software and player base, etc. As much as we want to get all of our money back, I really just hope this isnt an all or nothing situation because there are other halfway solutions that would be much better than nothing

+1
Yes, looks like most money would have to be from a potential investor and not some they have laying around. That also implies that likely the FTP "suits" with their money don't plan on adding much or can't for some reason. So it's investor with big money to put in or likely nothing much left over for players!

Re: FTP Discussion Thread (Everything but big new news goes here. Cliffs in OP)

I dont get why FTP should pay player balances that wernt debited from their bank accounts. Just sounds bogus. If a player lost the money they prob cant recoup it but in many cases just substact from player balance no? Or is this number (uncleared deposits) already accounted 4...

Mr Ifrah,

Does FTP even know how much they owe to each individual players? There have been rumors that because of transfers that are in limbo and the "back log" that FTP's record books are not accurate.

- Thanks for taking the time to address us
