When I picked up from the 8-16, I was watching it for a while. Definitely over the top. Much better than the usual collection of nits at the Taj's "five & dime" and 1000X better than the geriatric club O8 game at the Borg. I sat the other night and while not as wild & wooly as this one - it was still a great (and FUN) game. Highly Recommended!!!

At 11PM - there was a full table with around 15+/- on the list. This game has got traction!

Not sure if it is always like this but just passing it on.
I saw two SUV's when I left. Not near where I was walking, but out crusing in the main lot. I am pretty sure that the "message" was delivered and based on this - HEARD. Very nice!
So, for only the 2nd Friday night, I must say the room continues to impress me. Very well run. The dealers that need improving are getting better. The good ones are doing it well, too. Brushing into games was very swift tonight. Seats were not left empty for long. The drink service needs more improvement. This is not so much the fault of the ladies - but, there could be a couple more of them and the back room processing of orders needs expediting. The girls are doing the best they can and do a great job of maintaining their cool, in the face of some player hostility.
What impresses me the most, however, is the attitude - by EVERYONE. From [name removed] at the sign in desk on forward, the floor people, dealers, waitstaff, chip runners... they are are very nice. They have been coached well on ensuring that the "customer experience" is exceptional.
I've been in many rooms and can honestly say, even in the best of them (Borgata, Venetian, Aviation Club of Paris), I can't say that
all the staff were this well versed in customer satisfaction. You can usually find someone who is miserable and let's that bleed through. Not here. Not yet, anyway.
Let's hope this is a trend that continues. There is too much hostility and anger in poker to begin with. It's nice to be treated nice by the staff. Maybe it will rub off on the players
