Just a reminder. If you had an offer for comp rooms for the last two months, it doesn't mean that you will always get these offers. The play we get from you the previous two months determines your offer. These offers are good for two months only. If you want to retain these offers, you will have to earn them. This goes for slots and tables as well.

OK well this explains my situation then. I never play a lot in the fall because the kids are in full swing in school and there's a ton of stuff going on around the house with Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

So... it would be useful to me to have an idea of how much poker play/two month period is expected for one to maintain a offer level such as Sun-Thur comp room for the next few months (i.e. until Summer season)

A 2-way system is very unlikely, too may security loopholes.

Jut think of this.. if they have a simple (both basic html/java and an iTouch app) view of the signup page, you can monitor the list from your phone. You can refresh it (or the page will auto refresh every 2 minutes) and monitor your own status.

One other option is to have a page which shows just your name on all of the interest list (your name, your position (X out of Y), # active tables), etc. Since its a self-signup koisk it would be easy for it to find you as it would auto be your first initial and the first 3 of your last.

You could optionally put in your rewards # which the system would find your signups.

This makes it a simple thing for the B to do, and still puts the onus on the player to monitor their position on the list and stay near the room.

No pages, no global announcements, waiting time, feedback, etc.

Only 1 thing I could see as 2 way is to remove yourself from a list, but somehow it would have to know it's you and not someone else..

I'd love to see this. Might even pay 99 cents for it if it would help offset the cost of development. If something like this isn't in the works though, expect it to take many months to get it developed and approved by Apple.

I think I know what is happening. Just a guess, but it fits the facts.

I had the same thing happen. All offers vanished overnight. Including a promised $5 in slot dollars for the end of December, free parking, room offers, etc.

I checked at the Kiosk last night, and all offers are showing there. The slot dollars are back, but the rest are not showing up on the website when I signed in this morning. (Other than some sort of room offer that doesn't offer much - it's not the poker room offer, and certainly not the comped offer.)

Looks to me like there is some sort of updating/problem/programing issue going on in the Borgata's IT department, and it is affecting how things appear when we check on line. I have no idea of any specifics of this - just taking an educated guess.

When I called to make room reservations, they knew about the poker rates and comp rooms - so that's not an issue. All offers show up on the kiosk - so the problem isn't there. It's an on-line only access thingy.
