i played 10/25 plo at the borgata last night... had a win with my partners for bout 33k, and my last session ended something like this... i open up utg with AsKdKh9s for $100... i get called in 4 places... my stack is $2400. Everyone has me covered. flop comes out Ks8s6s.... jack pot flop imo... i check, it checks around. turn comes Jh i lead out 350. get called in one spot. I am 90 percent sure guy caught JJJ... Anyway everyone folds behind.. river comes Jc.... so i check and the guy pots it.... i think about it for all of 10 seconds and say **** it... here is a christmas present... and i shove the last of what i have in the middle.. of course he tables the 4 jacks i knew he had....

I will have someone from IT check this out.

I was at The B Tues night, all day Wedns and Wedns night. Thanks as always Stan.

PLO (1-2) game broke out Wedns night and it was REALLY fun. We started with 6, never dipped below that and had as many as 9. The game ran from about 5:30pm - 1:30am. Around 10:30 (maybe earlier?) it got crazy as we started doing tequila shots with Miller Lite chasers. The game was a ton of fun...Decent amt of $$ on the table as well. Between the steady 6 players (all way above avg) the smallest stack was about $550 or $600.

The game got called at 3pm....3 players showed and the floor (and players) gave up. It got called at 4:15, same deal. I was visiting with Stan at around 5:15 and told him I was dying to get out of hold'em hell and was disappointed the PLO game couldn't get off the ground. He went and started the game himself. He had them announce the game....had the PA announce we had 4 players....had them announce we had 5 players...within 5 mins we had 6 players and it was a go. The guy is awesome. 20 mins later we had 8 and the game was humming.

I'll be back down Sunday. I wanted to play the Deep Stack Triple play but I can't get out of work Monday. Crazy time of year and my boss is out so I have to be here. Blowwwwwwwwwwws. I'll be there for some cash games though. Hopefully PLO, Pink O8 or some pink mix game.

If I played with you in the PLO, thanks for a fun night....hope to see you guys again some time.

Hey guys quick question whats the min/max buyin at Borgata for 1/2 NLHE?

Does anyone know what variation of rules the borgata uses? I wanted to get a copy online for my home game

It's $60-300.

Sadly, I'm not going to make it down this weekend (so I won't help start the PCG). I was holding out hope to the end, but stuff just came up that I have to do tomorrow.

best bet is to google robert's rules of poker. borgata's rules are slightly different, but not much.

Weekends in December before Christmas are usually quieter. I usually can not get comped weekends at Harrah's. This month, I have every weekend comped (except New Years).

After Christmas, gambling activity will pick up back through the New Year.

Kinda surprised at the turnout for the triple-play. Expected more today for sure. Then again, there are probably many like myself who have FREE rooms for Sunday night and will drive down tomorrow for 1c. I still think it will get near 1,000. See you tomorrow...looking forward to it.
