Went on Saturday, first time since New Years..did pretty good..was at the easiest weak-tight table u can think of

Still mad at myself for getting the asian food in the food court..never ever again

Borgata will always be my favorite local casino..I kno Parx has the most action, but not feeling that place at all. I feel when i play there i’m not motivated or excited, and at borgata i’m always suped to play

I’ll be back Saturday

I love the lunch break ticket they give u at the table lol

The only thing that's ok there is the general tso chicken but throw away the dry "egg roll" with hardly any filling in it. The mexican food down there is even worse. My go to is the burgers which aren't bad, or the cold sandwiches and yogurt parfaits up front.

I easily would have went to N.O.W. but only had 45 minutes lunch break..

This Saturday i might just eat all my meals at Bread and Butter..that grocery store or whatever it is in the food court is not bad, i kind of like the pre-packaged stuff they have there

Random thoughts on the food:
- Unless there's a long wait, you can make it to NOW and back during dinner break. Obvious downside is if you get there and it is a long wait you just wasted 5-10 min walking over there.
- Small sample, but probably 4-5 times this year I almost didn't make it back on time for break going to Bread and Butter, twice with literally no line, I think Bread and Butter might be the slowest option in the building.
- The Mexican place in the basement has decent breakfast.
- I basically love any Chinese food that's edible, and I will never eat the Chinese food in the basement again, lo mein has literally almost no flavor

I don't think the made to order pizza is bad. Picking up a premade salad at the little cafe/shop next to the escalator isn't bad either.

Thanks..ill prolly order my food from BnB and then sit back down and then ask for my lunch break ticket and then pick up my food and eat it there..a big selling point for BnB for me is that their prices aren’t too bad

The mexican breakfast is pretty good..they give you a lot

Ah, must have been a specialty or meats. I just go with 3 or 4 veggies and it's still the base price-- i think 14 or 15 bucks.

Keep to the right every time the approach forks. Surface Parking and Water Club Valet (and then keep right to not go to the valet).

Yup, it's called Surface Parking on the signs. Take the right fork instead of going left for main parking garage/main valet. Stay right when left is Water Club valet. And then it should be the left into the parking lot where going right will take you to Harrah's.

Ach, yes, I forgot the last right fork is wrong! Though by that point it should be obvious...over here, the parking lot you're aiming for...over there, not.

I'm so sad that I finally got my gold card a decade after giving up my black, but now I can't get comped rooms anymore.

Amazing session today..didn’t even kno the HH promotion was today and when i first walked in was wondering why it is so crowded

They would never do it, but why not have the promotion more per month?

People would be flocking here on Saturdays

I’m def gonna be here ever time they have this promo

I think they're doing it every other weekend for the summer.

I only played a total of 12 hours in the past two weeks, cuz i did really good, and i’m considering flying to Vegas for Friday to a Sunday night

How much more do I need to play to get other MGM offers and possibly get comped rooms so i only have to pay for my flight?

I’m only at base tier for rewards

How "nice" does the place need to be? You can probably start checking, you might already be able to get a couple nights at some of the lower end places for just the resort fee.

I think you need to be gold+ before they start waiving the resort fee, so you're always going to be paying a fair bit per night (~$50) at base tier.
