You can reach the Monkerware store by creating an account and logging in
here.
In your example the sb refers to the raise amount. 3x is a raise of 4sb to the BB, or total raise of 6sb, followed by a 3-bet raise of 20sb or 26sb total raise. So the multiple in that case would be 26/6 or 4.33x.

If you are trying to load a lot of ranges when you start Monkerviewer, this can cause very long load times or loading errors.

Shouldn't those winrates go up, as it has calculated quite a lot after the reset?
For all positions and preflop actions, it shows EV's after the hands in right side of monker. Just those average on left are not updating. Should I be worried?
The EVs should not be displayed this way, or go to zero simply because you reset the average. There is likely an issue with your game tree.

I keep getting an error saying "ERROR: Out of memory" even though I have plenty of memory free (8 GB physical memory and 1.03 TB capacity).
The out of memory error refers to the amount of RAM you have available in your system. If you have 8 GB of RAM installed, then realistically you have 6 GB of RAM available, because your operating system will require 2 just to operate correctly.
Depending on what you are trying to do, you may also need to adjust your Monkersolver configuration file in your Monkersolver directory. The file is labelled 'MonkerSolver.l4j.ini'. In this file, and using a text editor, adjust the 'Xmx' value accordingly.
Effectively, numberonedonk is right in that you will need more RAM to be able to get much use out of Monkersolver. I would recommend upgrading your RAM.

I would recommend upgrading your machine to 32 GB RAM.

You can't see the exact preflop frequencies for individual combos with Monkerviewer.
