I pull out my Snitch shorts and wear them from time to time simply to troll my gf. Despite my very aesthetically pleasing legs she just can't stand the booty shorts that I throw on sometimes.

Any suggestions for some lifts I can do that pretty much don't involve the legs while my calf heals but will still help retain muscle/increase strength as I drop weight?

Or should I just use the isolation machines.

I know compound lifts are the standard around here but I basically can't do anything that involves my legs for the foreseeable future. Well I guess I could just use one leg.

Lat pulldown. Cable row. DB pullover. 1arm DB row. Bench press. Shoulder press. Face pulls. Tricep pushdowns. Curls.

..... Etc etc ......

Bench press, overhead press, lateral raises,face pulls, cable flies for chest shoulders and biceps, tricep press down, rows, pull ups, dips, front raises
