All right, going to start being more hardcore about my diet and trying to follow Andy Morganís Ripped Body program along with some Lyle McDonald refeeds and such, trying to stay at/under calories along with hitting macros. Weighing myself daily and averaging out the numbers as well as taking weekly body measurements, and bi weekly pics in order to better track progress. And no booze until April 1st, because that will help adherence immensely.
To clarify calories are number one followed by protein and carbs. Also going to try to adhere to an intermittent fasting schedule of a 16 hour fast between the last meal of one day and the first meal of the next, will be very hard to do on snowboarding days but will do my best to get it as often as possible.
