Listen, it's kind of confusing for me too. I didn't really know what was going on at the start. I've never done a prop-bet before and I didn't even really know what "chip-dumping" was before all of this.

Basically Roseeker was very shady/discreet with what information he was giving me. I'm trying to illustrate things as best I can, but my memory isn't perfect and I won't get every single detail - i'm sorry.

The **** is pretty much over by now and the only reason I could see for me to lie is to try and save my reputation, which is pretty damn close to unsalvageable. If you want me to try and give you the most honest and accurate account of things I will give you my best effort, but please stop with the snarky and accusing tones.

The first day I woke up Roseeker told me they did not cheat. Roseeker told me "his friend went on my account and ****ed some things up". Over the next day or two he told me that his friend dumped money from my account. A couple of days after that, I heard from a third party that Gary made Roseeker do it. A few days after that I found out that Roseeker did it himself.

Like I said, I didn't really know what was going on during the first couple of days because Roseeker didn't tell me anything. I was kind of naive about the whole situation at the start, and after I figured out what was going on, I decided I would just let Stars figure **** out.

You are reading tension in responses to your post, it is because you are one of the people

Sure, I think when I initially started playing poker I ****ed up a few things and ended up having to restart and make a new account. That was years ago and it certainly wasn't because of anything shady.

edit: Roseeker has staked me for years and has had access to my account for probably just about as long. I thought he was a pretty trustworthy guy. FWIW I don't lie, cheat, or steal IRL. I value and respect others, and I feel keeping quiet here as via Roseekers requests was the honorable thing to do. I knew that if they cheated Stars would easily catch them and I saw the insurmountable evidence shown by jalex. I took the best course of action I could think of in a moral middle ground.

still only up to post 1900 in this thread so still posting as we go but I read Breez's only other session of 1/2 was in June 2009 where he played 19 hands and lost over $200 also.

Don't you even understand that lying is the very reason your reputation is gone? As soon as you wrote and sent that PM and then continued to withhold information you knew was crucial to the case, you went from victim to accomplice. That's the only reason you're about to lose your account and 2+2 rep.
