RoSeeker is like the kid in highschool or college that lies to everyone thinks hes smart and getting away with it but people just don't want to deal with calling him out because its not worth him denying it and being ******ed for a week.

I've been following the thread as closely as many of you. I suppose I have a lot to say, but I am so disheartened by the events that have transpired that I can't bring myself to write an essay about how ****ed over I got by this whole turn of events.

I ****ed up by being persuaded by Roseeker to lie to a judge over PM (but Roseeker told me it was the truth.) I originally thought Roseeker was innocent, and believed everything he told me. Obviously through reading the thread I became convinced that he and Gary were guilty.

I stayed quiet and did not give an type of response because of how awesome of a person Roseeker has been in my life over the last few year(s). I guess they will sustain whatever punishment they are given. My account is locked and I will obviously be wrongly implicated in this.

I still think Roseeker is(/was?) a great guy, but I have to put it bluntly: Roseeker stole my account and then convinced me to unknowingly lie to people.

So yeah, take that as you will. I'll answer any questions anyone has.

What rl info are you talking about? First, their names have already been released(which are most likely them). Also, the betters should be pretty happy about this because Gary and Roseeker were stupid, plus Gary probably could've won this without cheating. So, the betters should be happy, wrap this thread up, prevent both of them from opening new accounts by IP(or something similar), ban them from marketplace, any more prop bets, etc. Of course they don't "deserve" anything to happen to them in real life, especially since they caused themselves to lose money, and they really didn't get away with anything in the end.

You, probably shouldn't have lied in the first place. But it is definately a ****ty spot that a supposed "friend" put you in. Hopefully this is a good lesson and you are better off after all this is dealt with.

I'm from vancouver too, you should deal with trustworthy ppl like me and not scum like Roseeker and Gary. PM if you want someone to talk poker withme or whatever, because i actually feel bad for how you were pulled into this.

That being said, don't try and scam the community by helping liars get away with scams it looks really bad on you regardless of your innocence or previous relationships with the cheaters.

The minute he PM'ed the JUDGE of this prop bet with a lie, he intentionally helped Gary try to steal $10k. Period. It's that simple.

At that point, he knew chip dumping was alleged, he knew the hand history, and he CLAIMED TO HAVE PLAYED THAT HAND. Doesn't matter if all three of them claim he wasn't involved up front, at that point he was an accomplice.

To me adding his name at the end of the post makes it seem like you are being quite passive-agressive. There is no reason at all for you to refer to him by his first name.imo. I don't mind your scare tactics on the other two but I think its a little unreasonable to refer to him by name. Considering the other two might not even have their names released.

We get it you're an awsome internet detective and you know his name etc etc, that said I don't think its fair or reasonable to put it in this or any thread.

Sure, he was involved in that sense, but in terms of placing blame it is hardly 33/33/33 thats my only point.

What he did wasn't right, and I'm not defending it but what he did wrong was very marginal compared to Gary/Roseeker imo.
