wow woke up to see this thread had moved on and read the whole lot from where I left off.

Great work jalex and props to sparetyre for doing the right thing.

Since these guys tried to scam the bettors at odds of 3:1 shouldn't the financial penalty for having admitted their guilt after Jalex had to post the details also be at 3:1. For example , if bettor x offered 3000 : 1000 then for attempting to scam that 3000 they should pay 9000 to bettor x to keep their personal info private.

Also , Roseeker should also be offering to repay all the fees that he has received from grinderschool as he got the job on the basis of his ptr/opr stats that he has admitted doctoring. Now he has admitted cheating in the Prop bet ,the videos released and still to be released are effectively worthless to grinderschool and its subscribers.

Also , now that gary and roseeker have admitted cheating in the prop bet has anyone considered that they may have been cheating regularly. No doubt stars will have been looking to see if they have been sitting at the same tables in the past. As far as breeze and stoppedclock go , they are just as liable to have their accounts frozen and closed. Terms and conditions quite clearly say that you cannot allow anyone else to play on your account so why give the password out. There is no need to do that at all , and if you do that you might just as well give them access to your bank account as well.

As an aside , Do the poker networks share the personal details of anyone they catch cheating , and is it time that we as poker players push for a body that will coordinate the transfer of such data between pokersites/banks/card processors/ewallets, so that scammers can't just start up again at another site/network. Knowing that if you are caught on one site means that you will lose access to other sites as well as making it more difficult to withdraw will also act as a deterrent to help prevent scamming.
Obviously there will be ways around it , with scammers trying to get friends /relatives etc. to open accounts , but it will make it harder for them to operate , and theres always the chance that they themselves will get scammed out of there illicit gains.

Raffdog asked this earlier, but I still wonder if they would have got away with this if Roseeker had just kept quiet and never appeared in this thread?

" scammers name" is a cheater and leave it at that. People that feel bad for this guy are stupid and possibly ******ed. He is only upset because he got caught, he figured scamming you over the internet he could get away with it. Obviously they put a good amount of time working out this scam so in return out his name but not his address. You don't need to know were he lives, but let google own this guy for awhile
