Not a huge bettor but I'll be having some Cerrone if he's fighting Lawlor.

Yeah I would like Lawler there. Seems like a bad fight for Cerrone.

Maybe he just isn't interested in making 155 anymore at his weight.

I think they're going to try to get GSP/Woodley on the MSG card but doesn't seem like a ton of fights to make right now.

Wonder if negotiations are just going terribly because of the switch in ownership.

It feels like a side effect of how stacked the UFC 200 weekend was. The only champion who hasn't fought in the last 100 days is Mighty Mouse (and Miocic but he fights Saturday). Add the ownership switch and Joe Silva leaving, and it's probably pretty chaotic in the UFC office.

No, that's not it. He called out Alvarez.

Truth is he's the only guy that wants himself at 155 currently. The UFC, his trainers, Rogan, etc are all saying he looks dynamite at 170 and that's where he should fight. So Cowboy is just going along with it.

If you watch/listen to his last pod with Rogan you'll see that he's very very reluctant to go full time to 170.

Negotiations are going horribly because GSP wants more money to offset his lack of sponsorship availability in the cage. He's saying his contract was set under old conditions, UFC is saying you have a contract and if they're willing to budge - it's obv not to the degree necessary.

I wouldn't be surprised if negotiating is going to be tougher for the UFC as a rule post Conor/Diaz.

He has a really hard time making weight without IV. I think the reluctance to say good bye to 155 is the chance of getting a big payday vs Conor or Diaz.

I won't be satisfied unless CM Punk gets absolutely rekt

Prelims were decent enough. Dober was exciting. Tavares Maghalese both looked like action figures. But I was looking forward to a strikefest between Eye and Correia. Eye should have let it go in the 3rd. Now off to work, have a great main card everyone!

Overeem got embarrassed even worse than Punk with that incredible post fight interview.

Overeem claims in post fight interview that Miocic tapped in the Guillotine, Rogan proceeds to go over the slow motion replay like 3 times which shows no tap out. It got funner every time.

Gall embarassed Punk but he was a little bitch not at least sparring for a bit.

He said he wanted to showcase his sparring, but Punk just launched onto him, so he changed his plan. Probably would have ended even faster than it did and I bet Gall would have loved to KO him in spectacular fashion.

Nah, it's a fight. Win it.

If Punk wants to spar, he can head to the gym
