I read that Mayweather is weak against left handed fighters, this could help Conor immensely. Conor would need to devote months to some serious training though and with his kid on way i guess it would be hard.

I think Choi is going to fight for and potentially win the title someday. His standup is incredible and unlike Conor he has not only knockout power in his hands but head kicks and knees also.

I'd love to see him and Conor fight. Prolly never will happen tho. He will have to clean the division before he gets a shot and that will include tough match ups that are not hand picked.

Me neither, and if he does it will only be once.

Ye it'll be Aldo or never. There's no other money fight for him there.

The only people I can see his next couple fights been against are Diaz, Woodley, Cowboy, Ferguson or Khabib.

I think CM will take 5-6 months off, have his kid, relax. Enjoy having 2 belts.

Then maybe comeback and fight Aldo at 145 1 last time. Not sure how much longer the UFC can let him hold the 145 title without defending it.

Have Khabib and Ferguson fight in the mean time.

I can see why CM wouldn't have any tolerance for these guys pulling out. He calls the shots now.

I think Conor is going to fight at least once before the baby. The only thing that stops him is the negotiation with the UFC. I think he will probably fight at 145 again but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't.

Diaz seemed to think Conor's next fight was him at 155. Aldo insulted Conor on twitter when they weren't even fighting so I don't think Conor is ever gonna oblige him.

Would love to see McGregor/Aldo II. I'd probably rather see that than him defending the LW belt tbh.

Aldo is in such a weird position - excepting those 13 seconds, he's never lost in the last decade and never really been that close to losing either. He's utterly dominant.

And it's hard to know if a median outcome for Conor/Aldo is really a big knockout for Conor most of the time, or if the median outcome is really more like a prolonged 5-round war. Hard to know if that result was fluky or if it would be repeated. Aldo did look fantastic in his return fight against Edgar.

Aldo needs to land big leg kicks to beat Conor. I can't see him taking Conor down any easier than Eddie and Conor's lucky punch wasn't all that lucky. Conor can knock him out in any exchange.

Cover up, throw leg kicks, and try for the takedown when it presents itself.

Median Conor/Aldo outcome is the Liu Kang Dragon fatality from Mortal Kombat, except Conor turns into a giant Leprechaun and smashes Aldo's face in with a pot of gold

After seeing the accuracy and power from Conor during his last 4 fights I'm left thinking Aldo at 145 has absolutely no chance of avoiding another KO.

Personally I'd be more than happy watching Mc move between 145/155 while demolishing everyone.

Much more confident in Conor facing Khabib now. Michael Johnson had him under sever pressure in 1st min or so (definitely was on queer street), have to think Conor doesn't let up in that situation.

Aldo probably deserves the next shot but I could see a strong argument giving it to someone else if the odds are like 3 to 1 or worse.

I wanna see Mayweather vs McGregor sooo bad. I think getting him that 100 mil should be doable - http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mma/...cid=spartanntp

I think there might be some merit to the problem with the lefty's theory for Floyd. Sharmba Mitchel knocked him down, Zab Judah won a few rounds off him, he waited till Pacman started to fade before he'd finally take that fight.

If Floyd really wanted to fight the best during his career, no Paul Williams and Winky Wright look like glaring omissions IMO, both big lefty's with impressive careers.

Yep Conor wants 100 million for the Floyd fight lol which means Floyd would want 300.

Khabib's been deserving of a title shot for at least the last two years now. Surprised it's taking so long.

He fought in April '14 and his next fight was April '16.

I can't see why people would want a Conor/mayweather fight. That would be such a waste of people's time. The hype would be great until the first round started.

Waste of time? No way. James Toney vs Randy Couture in the UFC was a waste of time as Randy immediately took him down and submitted him, but the only possibility of an early stoppage in this case is if Conor mercs him.

Floyd is a point fighter with not a lot of power, and Conor is a biggish dude at 147lbs. Floyd could, I suppose, outpoint him every round while evading significant damage as he's pretty much always done, but without Conor dropping Floyd, it goes the distance.

Even if Floyd is winning every round, the drama of weather or not Conor can put the touch of death shot on him will be present.
