Tennessee's offense is so ****ing boring to watch without Britt. CJ/Ringer for 2 yards, and then a ton of check-downs and short routes. I do like the TE Jarred Cooke. Praying for a miracle that CJ steps it up in the 2nd half of the season.

That said, I am still banking on a Houston collapse and Tennessee somehow finishing 10-6, although much more likely Houston finishes 11-5 and Tennessee 8-8.

Is JDR fired tomorrow? Tomorrow will be day 1 of the obligatory 4 consecutive days off during the bye week. Seems to be make sense that he will be fired tomorrow I think.

Why do you hate JDR so much? He seems to get a decent amount out of that godforsaken team over the years. In what hasn't exactly been an easy division. Couple playoff appearances.

If Jax ever had a good QB (Garrard 2009 probowler tho) and 1 or 2 WRs who weren't ani on a stick they would have been better.

You just don't see JDR do a lot of stupid stuff to lose games. And a lot of their games seems close-ish at least. I dunno, I don't see a ton of their games but I never get the impression JDR should be fired. And I'm like up for firing almost all these clowns. The only real argument I could understand is the "change-of-pace" argument, which is usually un-necessary anyway.

The entire organization needs to just be blown up. They seriously have little to no pieces going forward.

Who on the roster is legitimately a player that seems like a solid cornerstone? Posluszny? Lowry? Cox? Monroe? Britton? Rackley? Knighton? Alualu? Gabbert?

Maurice had that knee issue last season. It likely won't be his heaviest workload as he doesn't get the passes anymore and does actually come off the field on 3rd down. But I don't see him being high level past 2 more years.

the one player I do feel really good about is Chick, and he was hurt this week. Mincey a little bit too. But I honestly don't see many positives with this team...a team that was supposed to be out of the rebuilding process and into competitive again. Yet...they are back at step one and with 3 games needing 10k+ tickets to sell.

In all honesty JDR should have aborted that team by now. Why does he stay there? He must really love his boss/the city. He could get a better job for sure.

Some people on talk radio are making a big deal about this, but it isn't really. The typical recovery time for his surgery is 2-6 months and on Nov. 8th we'll hit 2 months.

I think any talk from Peyton/Irsay is basically a facade. They can't make it look like they are tanking and if you know he's gonna be out all season it doesn't hurt anything if you're Irsay and you say "I'd love for him to play as soon as he's ready". It's for people like NoodleMan who think it's immoral to throw the season. Nothing to see here. No way he plays a down this year.

I seriously can't wait for Luck to be an utter flop and Barkley to turn into some superstar. It's going to make me so ****ing happy.

As a season ticket holder? You might as well burn the money if you are going to see a "fake" competition. Its utter horse**** really. I rather see pop warner teams compete than one where one team isn't doing anything to win.

I think you're getting too upset about the people who are buying tickets. What % of fun would you assign to the "our team wins" portion of a gameday experience?

If I go to a game (and I've only been to 1) it's probably broken down thusly:

50% tailgating/cooking with friends beforehand
25% getting my drink on and getting a sick buzz going in a fun party atmosphere
15% perving on women
5% watching the actual game (can't afford tix within a mile of the field anyway so can't really see)
5% the team I'm rooting for winning

I think it's safe to assume Colts game attendees are having a good ol' time every other Sunday. Hell, they have what... 3 home primetime games this year? That's pretty sick to get to tailgate all day and watch the other games then watch the sole night game and not miss any other games.

No, they aren't (and I say that as someone that was confirmed mad at tossing the perfect season).
