Hasselbeck has 1,128 yards 8TD 3 INT in 4 games this year and he threw 3 today without Britt. Wondering if this is just sick variance or did he find the fountain of youth.

I pretty much think the division will come down to the head-to-head games but the Titans' loss to the Jags in Week 1 might come back to haunt them.

However, I'm pumped about the Titans start and CJ will heat up. He had a hundo today and I can't wait to watch him eat the Steelers' D alive next Sunday. I don't know wtf is going on with Hasselbeck, but if he can play like this the whole season, Titans are going 10-6 guaranteed.

Colts are too good to go 1-15 though. This kind of blows. They're going to eventually win a few of these close games. Who looks good in picks 5-10??

All jokes aside, Foster's injury was completely horrific, but watching him try to pump the team up as he's being carted off was incredible.

Yeah he had to be in shock or in some kind of drug-fueled euphoria. Immediately after that you could see him start to cry and hide it.

Can't imagine a worse professional downfall for a pro athlete than a potential career-ending injury.

I'm not sure if they gave him morphine or what. For a short while after the injury, you'd be numb to the pain, but that's not going to last that long, so I'm thinking they probably have a small pain-killer shot or something.

That whole episode (from the injury, to his writhing, to his being carted off) was pretty damn jarring.

You get a huge rush when you destroy your leg as I can attest. My leg was barely connected blood everywhere and I was upset about them cutting my new shoes off to reset it for the stretcher. Brain was probably doing crazy **** to stop the pain.

Jaguars are having a "White-Out" for their game vs Cincy....wtf? They are 8k+ tickets away from not having a blackout. Though I'm sure they will miraculously be sold in the next few hours and the stadium will just be empty as it has been all year.

I don't even know if I want to make the trip for the Charger game now. Seems like a gigantic waste of time.

And BAM!

Magically in the past 24 hours 8k+ tickets were sold when they only sold around 6k in the past week+ long. Jaguars just have that magic touch to get things done. Gotta give credit to those fans down there for stepping up big time.

By "those fans down there" do you mean Anheuser-Busch?

Why would you even want Jax to keep the team? Fans don't bother to come to games. They do not deserve it at all. Gotta be 5+ cities that would sell out that same team every week.

Because my connection with the team was when I was 8 or 9 years old and I had to live with my grandmother for the summers down there. When they got the team I remember the excitement and just the atmosphere of that first summer that they were there.

If it weren't for those 2 or 3 summers I'd be a Giants fan, not a doubt in my mind, as my dad is as die-hard as they come with the Giants. I still can't believe I've yet to see a game at that stadium. I think that is going to be the greatest regret of my life to this point. Which I guess is a good thing with all things considered.

Needle,

Just quit on the Jags man. There is no reason for anyone to suffer like that.

I do feel like a decent bit of my cynicism in recent years has come from the Jags and the Mets.

I also don't think I could ever root for another team. I just don't see it being a possibility. I'll probably want the Giants to win, as I do now. But I can't see me sitting down and putting the time in.

When the Jags move I'm pretty sure me caring about the NFL goes with them.

Just pick a team with a great offensive line and make that the reason. 1. Chargers would be perfect.

Fortunately Florida/LA is guaranteed Luck. Dolphins or Jaguars gonna have worst record. Colts fail can't possibly out do Jacksonville.

Well it will be hard to win games against teams trying to win with this team. Just put a couple more guys on IR and there's definitely a chance we go 0-16. I mean TB and KC were awful and still beat us.

This game ruined my dad's 61st birthday. Brother and I went over to watch at his house and we all lol'd at the absurdity of it all. I mean what more is there really to say? Same ol' Kubiak+Schaub nonsense. Terrible 2 minute drills and awful 4th quarter play calling and execution, and Kubiak once again gets outcoached at half-time. The better team won today. Congrats to the Raiders for WIM. Booooo Houston as usual for not caring, not showing any heart, not showing any fire, Kubiak not arguing with any official ONCE. What a wax figure of a coach we have, Jesus.

The good news is after 5 weeks they finally learned how to throw a slant pass in the red zone for a TD to Walter. WOW GARY YOU ARE LEARNING AT SUCH A RAPID PACE BRO I'm proud of you sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even saw you throw a fade route today! Though it wasn't close to working. I hope he's reading my posts lol.

Oh, I forgot, another possession thrown away with 1:09 left in the first half and a timeout left when he just gave up on trying to drive for a FG since Koobz knows Schaub and his concrete-shoe'd self would have just thrown another inexplicable interception with zero pressure. Possessions, who needs 'em! Long as we get to half-time with the game close, we're all SET !!

I've been saying for the last couple weeks that Matt's accuracy seems to have fallen off, especially on the short touch passes and we saw a lot of that again today. I don't know what happened to this dude but he's getting less accurate as he ages.
