The fact you still have a bot infestation across all limits and game types does not pair well with hiding the lobby player names.

If the bot infestation was fixed, then it wouldn't really matter to me. But I don't really want to invest energy and pc resources on opening a new table only to be smacked in the face with 4 bots jerking each other off. Then closing it, opening the next table and seeing the exact same thing.

If I could view the player lobby names I would immediately know the table is bot infested, and the next table is bot infested, and the 3rd table, well maybe it only has 3 bots or 2 bots and I might reluctantly join it.

It's also EXTREMELY annoying when I auto join a wait list, the table pops up and sits me on the BB and before I can close the bot infested table, I get hit with paying the Big Blind. Then I have to wait a few hands before I can close it.

Seems to me like a thread where most of decisions are already made by upper management and only a sliver of requests actually go through.

Also, the audio options in settings dont work. No matter how u toggle them, all sounds stay on.

I think addingan an option for user extra veryfication before log in into account ( like SMS Code ) would be nice to see.

After the maintenance update the other morning, these problems remain on the Mac client. Another issue involving the lobby button on game tables opening up the lobby appears to have been fixed.

It is one of those features that is oddly missing from their client. At the moment it is necessary to right click on your desired seat at every table. Hopefully a way to save a preferred seat will be added to the client in the future.

So whats happening with thoses points i hope the new system was not only some freeroll with them.

Hello, I play on Sportsbetting and sometimes the client crash out of nowhere. My system is very capable of running multiple tables (Ryzen 2600 6-core). Can anyone help me? I am using tabletamer and HUD

I play at BetOnline and I've had similar random closings of my client during sessions over the last few months. It doesn't happen all of the time, or even every session, but I have had it happen multiple times in a session which can be very annoying. My belief is that it is most likely caused by TT. I've asked their support team to look into it to see if they can identify anything in my logs which could be causing it. I'm not sure if they have identified anything, but they say they are looking. I would recommend you to also send your logs into them if you continue to experience issues.

Yeah, I agree with you, it happens only whenever TT is running. I tried running without TT and no crashes whatsoever. It just sucks that there is no other Chico Tool that can convert stack to bb. Although I saw one from KingsHands but they mentioned "use it at your own risk" because apparently some have been banned because of this. Can anyone from Chico network confirm this?

I wish it were simpler to switch seats at a cash table. When you use the "leave table" button it should instead be "stand up" so that you leave your seat but the table remains open so you can easily choose to sit in a different seat.

Even more ideal would be the option to request a seat change button like when playing live. When a seat opens the players with a seat change request get first choice before it's filled with a new player.

If a game is 3 handed and the button and small blind both have "sit out next bb" clicked, should the game end after one hand, or should the big blind be big blind two hands in a row? This doesn't seem right...

I just made an account here because I have an issue on betonline where the button skips you in mtts. I recorded a video with my iphone to prove this and have seen in mutliple times since then. I contacted chat and received an email the next day telling me nothing was wrong. So today I recorded a situation where it passed a player after they played the small blind to prove I was right. How do I upload the video here????

Anyone else experiencing a lot of lag on here the last few days? its mainly been happening post flop...turns and rivers taking forever to come out. It's not happening on any other site I am playing on.
