15% CPU but 80% GPU. You might want to try and reinstall with the original graphics drivers. Go to manufacturer website instead of Windows 10 version of the graphics drivers.

Also, what is your power supply wattage?

Yea I have the latest nvidia drivers for my 1050 gtx ti 4gb gpu, not sure what's going on.

What's weird is the usage % goes way down if I select open GL instead of D3D8 under video options, but then the software crashes eventually if I keep open GL selected

Next step would be to remove the graphics card and see if BOL runs normal.

I am more of a software person than a hardware guru, but is one not simply able to disable video card without removing?

I've also had this issue ever since joining the site. I've checked that the option is selected several times, including when I first saw it mentioned here. However today after I finally got the latest update working, I checked again, and found it was UNCHECKED. That must have happened due to the update, since I didn't uncheck it. I haven't joined any new tables since I re-selected it, but I'm hoping it works now. I'll let you know.

For anyone still having problems after the BOL update, mine were solved after I let Windows 10 install the latest Windows update. Also, on my Windows 7 desktop, I got a message saying I had to install a Windows fix from 2015 before I could download the BOL update. If I remember right, it was an update for Windows Runtime C, whatever that is.

Kinda depends if you have a CPU or a onboard video driver. A little hard to check it without a video driver. I can't ever imagine it would run better on either one of those, even if you have a crappy video card.

The "Wait for Big Blind" option is working for me now. Thanks for fixing it, BOL.

I just had an issue which has bugged me off and on since I joined the site about 18 months ago. From long habit formed playing on other sites, when I want to leave a cash table I simply click on the X, instead of the "Leave" symbol that you use. On BOL clicking on the X sometimes triggers a message to pop up which says "This table is now closed", and the program freezes. I have to close the program, then re-open it and log back in, in order to keep playing.

It doesn't happen all the time, but its usually when I have a table that I have been playing on and want to leave, and have already joined a second one, so it definitely interrupts the flow of play. Hope you can do something about this annoyance.

It still could be having some sort of electrical or conflicting issue, its best to remove it and go back to the motherboard graphics and see if it gets rid of the problem.

I would love to see a "Sit out all" and "Sit out BB All" option. It's annoying having to go and check each table when you're winding down a session.

I've had the table not close, had it repost blinds, even though i clicked the X after sitting out when blinds came around.

The status bar REALLY needs to say registered, on table or something and change the color. It Should be green after you register and maybe red or black before.

I found out what the problem has been with my "Wait for Big Blind" option not working sometimes. If you time out and get sat out (due to BOL's sometimes too short for me, action time), the "Wait for Big Blind" if enabled in Options, will display at the bottom of the table screen and will be checked. In that case I just want to continue my session without waiting, so I've been unchecking it. However, I just discovered that doing that changes it permanently, so you have to go back to Options and enable it again for it to apply going forward. I "assumed" in the case of a time out sit out, it applied to the current round only, but not so. BOL's software apparently doesn't differentiate between a forced time out sit out versus when a player consciously chooses to sit out.

I think it would be better if it worked the way I thought it did, so that Options settings wouldn't be affected permanently unless you go to the Options page and change them. That's the way it is with the "Wait for Big Blind" on Merge after timing out, which is what I'm used to after 10 years of playing there, so I see why I was confused about it. Probably worked that way on other sites I've played on too, but not sure cause there have been many over the years.

Things like that and using the X to close the table become totally automatic actions from doing them for so many years, which makes it hard to stop and figure out if you yourself might be the cause of a problem when you play on a different site with different software.

I just got timed out sat out on BOL, and unchecked the "Wait for Big Blind" that appeared on the table, but this time it DID NOT affect it permanently. I went to the Options page and it was still enabled. So I have no idea what's going on with this, and please disregard last post.

I did just win a $20 pot off a fish at $.05/.10 though, so at least some part of my brain is still functional .

I need some help with Hotkeys. I want to use the one that puts the cursor in the box where you type a custom bet amount. I'm pretty sure I've done this previously, but can't figure out which hotkey I used.

It seems like it should be the one labeled "Play button 3 (Bet/Raise)", which is also listed as "Quick button 3 (Bet)", but when I hit ctrl right (right arrow), it just bets a set amount. I'm not sure where this amount is coming from, as nothing in the hotkey description mentions it, and I don't see a place to set it.

Hello. For the Sit&Go filters, I would like to see a way to filter out Double or Nothing and Triple-Up games from the lobby. There's no current way to do this, it's annoying for users that play multiple stakes/formats. As is you could just put them under the "speed" category.

Or you could remove Rebuy and Other from "Formats" and put them in there since Rebuy SNG don't exist and Other isn't very useful.

When making a bet in the bet box, it does not let me overwrite the min bet listed in the bet box. Right now you have to delete the min bet, then type in your bet before placing the bet. The extra steps are annoying, but more troublesome with the short bet timer.

I use https://poker.betonline.ag/desktoppoker/index.htm on a Mac (Chrome or Firefox). I run into the following issues on a consistent basis:

* Volume of chat sound never lowers. It's also a very unpleasant sound. I either have to totally disable it, or deal with a loud annoyance.
* The difference between bet and raise sounds aren't distinguishable enough.
* When I attempt to chat while someone is all in, my chat is blocked for the remainder of that table; it doesn't get re-enabled at the end of the hand.
* Standings for an ongoing tournament don't list the rankings of the existing players, just the chip amounts. It's also more difficult than it should be to visit the table of a particular player you see in the standings.

Help, please. I see that BOL has given us the option to have Chat at the side of the table window. This is great and something I've wanted for a long time.

I wasn't aware it had been added though, and I haven't changed anything in my Options. However, I must have clicked on something somewhere on one of my current tables because all of a sudden the Chat is on the side and I can't figure out what I did to get it there, or how to get it to go back.
