What happened to the replayer? Now when I click on the table button to review a hand it opens the hand history instead of the replayer.

I just opened a cash game table from the BetOnline client on my PC and pressed the History Replayer button and got the Replayer.

Are you using mobile or on a different site?

Did you click the History tab instead of History Replayer tab from the Settings menu?

Was it an MTT?

I am clicking the button on the table and get the hand history, I will restart the lobby at break time and check if it persists this way. I thought is was an update... will post in a moment.


Yep, something went wrong previously, all as expected after restart.

The new 7.5k MTT at 1 PM CST, has a has a fast icon on the main lobby indicticating it has 8 minute levels but when looking at the tournament info after opening the mtt lobby it shows it actually has 10 minute levels. Thought y'all should know about the discrepancy.

Probably best to post in Betonline New Tournament Director!. He should be able to take care of that.

So far, I am quite satisfied with BOL.
One thing that BOL can improve is the default seat option. There is no option for it and I need to reset to my favorite seat every time that I sit down to play. I think it is very easy to fix it.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but something that drives me crazy is when I switch from my headphones to my computer speakers or vice versa, the sound from BOL doesn't work anymore and I have to restart the application. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but it can be really annoying.

Does betonline allow hud?
Now, I know you will say hm and pt can't read betonline hands, but I am pretty sure you are aware of software that makes it work converting the hands first. So, straight to the point: does betonline allows the use of "advanced chico converter", from "Advanced poker tools"?

Unfortunately I think your searching ability has failed you since it has been discussed here several times.

Yes. They even offer a free one for you to use by downloading it from their website. It is a clone of Holdem Indicator.

If you want to use one like PT4 or HM2/3 then you would need a card catching program like the ones you mentioned. I don't believe any players have had issues using those.

The programs that will cause issues for you would be any seating scripts, bot/AI or live solver related software.

I would also advise against having any solver program open while playing since some players have gotten warnings for that.

I have just started playing poker again after a 10 year hiatus. I play on BetOnline.com. How do I get BetOnline hand history to sync with Poker Tracker 4? Is there a guide I can follow? In addition, I have downloaded the Chico hand converter. For a HUD, I have been using Holdem Indicator. Any help is appreciated.

I am trying to use the BetOnline Card Catcher HUD. However, the HUD stats window is covering my cards, so I never know what I am dealt. I have tried right-clicking and left-clicking and manually moving the window, but it won't move. I have rebooted my computer, and I am still having the same problem. Any help is appreciated.

Get drivehud, don’t use emulators. Also, don’t play on BoL, play on Global Poker.

I dont know if this was commented already, but on MAC version the hand replayer doesnt work properly. I cant see anymore what the other player has on showdown. Asked a friend and he said on windows all works like before. This is from last update. Please fix it.

FYI i used the chico converter for PT4 for about a month, and it almost alwalys missed the allin/100BB+ hands. Drivehud doesn't require any type of converter.

As the title suggests I was wondering if mucked hands are no longer shown in the Hand Replayer on Bet Online in Cash Games? I just logged in after several months to play a session and notice that it appears hands are only displayed when they get showdown.

(I lost a pot to three of a kind, when we both had the nut straight and should have chopped) I emailed support after about the issue, not to get my money back as I wound up stacking the villain shortly after, but very concerned with this fundamental error
